I’d give a negative 10 if I could. I did an online order and asked for sauce. The gentleman behind the counter needs to not be working here if he hates his job so much. He began saying profanities under his breath when the young lady who was working with him asked him to provide me with extra sauce. I felt bad for her that she has to work with someone so hostile. Then to boot I get home and I am met with a sandwich where the bread was not cooked and doughy. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS LOCATION!Parking: Be careful with parking when the Starbucks drive thru line is backed up. You won’t be able to get out.

The woman that made my guy sandwich tonight had the nastiest attitude like she didn’t wanna be there which made him feel some type of way the whole night after because he didn’t get his sandwich made the way he wanted they didn’t even ask they just wrapped his sandwich with just cheese the worst service ever. If you don’t wanna work why show up she was so rude we will not be coming back here ever again!!!

Was clean,friendly, and done on time. Maybe 6 months ago, as of 10/07/23, I was told every body in the store was managers, and told them there was no need to yell at customer's in the customer service industry, When I told her that Jersey Mike's just moved in down the street, Tegan the manager told me to go there. So if employees are telling you to go to a competitor, take heed. I at one time was a manager at several establishments, including a company called Great Steak and Potato company,that made the exact same sandwiches they do, and all you have to do is listen to the problem and come to a mutual agreement with the customer, So go to Jersey Mike's,or Charley's cheesesteaks in the mall across the street, you'll get better service and food, thanks Tegan for opening my eyes.

Sandwiches were chincey on meat and çheese. Bread size as narrowed considerably. Flavor is still good.
The food is great however the girl preparing food dropped her spatula and instead of grabbing a new one she only ran a slight splash on tap water on the spatula and proceeded to touch the food being prepared with the dirty spatula. As soon as this happened I notified the manager up front and she had an attitude about having to remake food that she touched with a dirty spatula... I hate that I had to give this wonderful place 1 star over 1 employees bad hygiene but if she thought that was acceptable than who knows what else she would allow...

The food is fantastic. If you are in the mood for a great sub......this place is the best. I tried the Classic Grilled Italian Sub on multigrain, with fresh cut med fries. The fries were overflowing. The chocolate chip cookie is better than a bakery. I am ordering the cheesesteak sub next time. The staff are pleasant, and go beyond for you. Really fast each time I order here. Enjoy!

Ever interaction with her has been amazing. We need more people like her. Promote her give her a raise.
