Order thru UBER EATS and NO fries. I called and nasty server said "what you want us to do about it" and you can get them when you come get them! REALLY! NEVER AGAIN!

Spent $43 on a Philly cheese steak and 2 chicken caesar wraps. The 2 wraps were dry and flavorless. They didnt put all the ingredients on my Philly.

The manager had to keep getting on them to their job right, and I spent almost 50 dollars for my sandwich to barely have any meat on one half of the sandwich, I ate the first half it was koo, I go to heat up the other half and this is how it looks....all bread on the one end. That's ridiculous. I will never waste my money on this overpriced place again. The sandwiches are good and fries too I will them that, but I should have meat on my sandwich when I'm paying as much as I am for the thing!!!!

Placed an online order today. Online said order would be ready in 15mins. I got there within about 12 mins and the lady at the counter said they just started it. I asked how long it would be my dog is in the car. She said “ 5-10 mins” I watched them put the meat on the grill, and I walked out to move my car to the front so I could keep an eye on my dog. They just have thought I left ( which would be stupid as I already paid online) bc when I came back in she started my order again. Total order took 30 mins for a sandwich and fries. 2nd the place did smell like urine. 3rd when I asked if there was dressing on the sandwich she asked me if I said dressing online? I told her I just assume Reubens came with it. She asked if on the side was ok, and said can you just put it back on the sandwich. That’s when she got rude, mumbling under her breath. So I got rude back told her if she’s not happy working in customer service, don’t! And that I can see why the tip jar was empty. This facility is nasty, rude and slow.

Nothing at all was correct on my delivery order. The driver was great and did what I asked, but our sandwich was completely jacked up and the "shareable" fries was a small cup half full soggy and cold.

The restaurant looked okay when we walked in there was nobody in there. We proceeded to order since this was a first time here we ordered and ask questions about the food he answered them but still got our order wrong he didn’t really pay attention to what we ask for he missed two things off the order as we proceeded on our way home we were eating we couldn’t finish our food it was to salty we will not visit again.

Place smells like piss. The staff definitely doesn't take cleanliness into mind. I was tempted to walk out but I was already there, let's hope I don't get sick.

Great location clean great customer service. The young lady Janiya Jones oh my God love her great personality, great customer service and the managers as well. Can’t remember that young man’s name that I absolutely love this location. I’m a 43-year-old lady and I love being at this location with these kids brought me so much joy. Food was hot fresh and it’s never a long way.
