On Hampton Ave. One person waiting in hole restaurant and they had me waiting and waiting, then she tells me on where it says ( order here) she will be with me in a minute then she tells me that the dude on others side will take my order but never did. So we left.never again and was my first time and last.by the way she had hair all way to hip waving it around food. Bad hygiene habits, place dirty.
Department of health should get a call.
Food is extremely good on a regular basis.

Food just as I requested. All male staff professional, courteous, didn't have attitudes.

I love this place but prices keep me away. I saw the owner's feedback on sandwich pricing and quite honestly none of those sandwiches should cost more than $10.... You can find a fully cooked steak meal for $20. Little pieces spread across bread with some mayo and cheese should not cost about the same and if they do you should really think about your business model. You guys charge for cheese as if you're making it in the back....your definitely not

Went on Mother’s Day, not busy at all, all tables clean and floors along with bathroom clean.
Fast and friendly service, got the Reuben with chicken. Sooo good, get fries extra crispy or well done.
Great food but a little to pricey for my taste. Great staff.
I am watching the dread head employee with a baggy black sweatshirt make sandwiches with one glove on. Her sweatshirt has also touched two of the sandwiches in line so far. Update they were my sandwiches…. I will not be eating this or coming back
2. large. Philly cheesesteak., extra meat, extra cheese and a fry. $50. Don't mind paying for a good sandwich. But they did not put no extra meat or cheese even though they charge me. My wife went in with a buy one, get 1 free coupon. She ordered the same thing I always get. Which is too large? Philly cheesesteaks double everything. But they only put double on one sandwich. You should get what you pay for. They have cheated me more than once now. Place used to be really good, not no more.

Ordered for pick up, and when I arrived they said they were closing early and not making my food. Then when I asked for a refund they acted like they didn't know how to do it
Legit worst Penn Station I've ever been to. Got 2 sandwiches, both were awful. Paid for extra steak and cheese, neither of which we got, no spice and old bread. Fries were cold and had obviously been sitting out for awhile. Service was worse than the food. Under no circumstances would I go back or recommend anyone else to go.
Quality of food is top notch,a large sandwich will set you back $20 not customer friendly on cost.
Closed when I got there to pick up a delivery order TEN minutes before scheduled closing time. Employee looked at me and just motioned no. Screw him. I accepted that order a half hour before I got there, and all he should've done is hand it to me. No reason to close earlier than posted if you're still there at 9:51pm.
The bread here... Oh my! Fresh, flaky, toasted heaven! Favorite sandwich is the Philly cheese steak!
