Penn Station East Coast Subs

These are the nicest people at any restaurant. Thr food and service is spectacular it's the only Penn Station I'd travel out my area to.

They didn't even tell me my food was ready and then they went outside

First time at this restaurant. Came in with coupon and sandwiches ( Italian subs)and service were excellent. Will go back

Consistently good but service always lacks. I frequent this location and they just opened the dining room back up from Covid restrictions. Everyone that works there looks like they just rolled out of bed and don’t take pride in their work. Not friendly, barely cordial. Today I ordered and the name on my order is “Jay” when the order was ready, a “J” was called but it wasn’t my order. I got home and turns out I got a two for one special. Two sandwiches under the name “MJ” I tried to call and see about any rectifications and of course no one answered.

Fries nasty , sandwich thin sloppy , didn't give me my drink I ordered

The fries were trash the sandwich was salty 2 stars because the cashier was nice my parents came here the day before and a fight broke out between staff get it together or close it down

Went here with my cousin last night around 8 something the 3 boys inside was cleaning up as my cousin entered the building and went straight back to the restroom before ordering I wasn't outside for not even a minute when this tall black man with big eyes and a black cap approached my car trying to get in he said sorry stating it was a mistake he thought I was his cousin coming to get him but I'm on the passenger side I immediately scream at the man to get away from the car he goes into the pen station and the employees busted out laughing like what he did was funny I think the Man worked there he came back out walked down to the corner by the Walgreens then came back and waited at the title max I thought he was gone til I seen his face in the refection of the titles max widow he was hiding in between the columns it's not funny to try to scare your customers that man would of been as good as dead over a bad joke cause bby I was ready

The workers always have an attitude. It’s like that only there for the money.

I already knew it was finna be a problem when I saw the lady taking my order with blue, green and purple hair. She had an attitude and of course my food was wrong.

Avoid this location at all costs!!!! I don’t understand how you can have such bad people in one place, never will touch penn station here or anywhere else again!!!

Food is good, but every time I come here everybody seems pissed off. It's a weird uninviting vibe.

They added a bunch of unnecessary ingredients to my sandwich and didn’t even bother to give me sautéed union even tho i asked them for extra. Just drive the extra couple of miles to a better location.

This location is very, meh. They’re supposed to close at 10- twice, I’ve come at 9:15ish and they’ve already shut the grills down. Then today I finally make it early enough and the guy at the register is so rude and clearly hates his job. I asked him to put my tomatoes on the grill so they can be warm on my hot sandwich and he looked at me like I was crazy and said no. Then I added lettuce to my sandwich and he let out a snarky chuckle. Just a weird unwelcoming experience. But that’s to be expected in a St. Louis fast food place I guess. I love penn station but I’ll go somewhere in a different location to get a better experience.
