Avoid this location at all costs!!!! I don’t understand how you can have such bad people in one place, never will touch penn station here or anywhere else again!!!

They added a bunch of unnecessary ingredients to my sandwich and didn’t even bother to give me sautéed union even tho i asked them for extra. Just drive the extra couple of miles to a better location.

This location is very, meh. They’re supposed to close at 10- twice, I’ve come at 9:15ish and they’ve already shut the grills down. Then today I finally make it early enough and the guy at the register is so rude and clearly hates his job. I asked him to put my tomatoes on the grill so they can be warm on my hot sandwich and he looked at me like I was crazy and said no. Then I added lettuce to my sandwich and he let out a snarky chuckle. Just a weird unwelcoming experience. But that’s to be expected in a St. Louis fast food place I guess. I love penn station but I’ll go somewhere in a different location to get a better experience.

When i was given my order I asked was she talking to me since there was no eye contact and she called off the wrong sandwich and said im the only one sitting in here. I was not given my drink so I wasn't sure if that was my order since it came up so fast. The fries were not hot and litlle small greasy pieces like they were old. Very disappointed in them today and wont be going back to that location. I didn't appreciate their rudeness nor being given old little greasy fries.

It took us 26 minutes to get our food. We came in and ordered two of their normal items and no one was in there when we ordered. There’s no reason for it to take that long.
