Whoever the cooks were for today August 20, 2025 around 6:00pm needs to be fired. I don’t know if I order a chicken Philly or a toasted veggie sandwich. My fries are not cooked all the way through. I will never come to the location EVER AGAIN! Every time I get some food around my house they show me why I don’t mind driving 10-20 minutes away for certain locations. What the people in the food industry needs to understand is EVERYONE has to work for their money so if some people don’t feel like cooking for the day and trying to get the a meal to hold them over till the next day or whatever start cooking food how you’ll make your food. Damn near spent $25 for some food that’s not all the way done and barley there.

This has been my ONLY 5 stars on all categories for a food place since I can remember and go figure, it’s fast food technically. We think the sandwiches here are really good. Got a Philly cheesesteak that was hot off the grill and very tasty and made perfectly also got a small ham and Swiss. Ordered it “east side” and asked for no vinegar and oil and they put it on there anyway but we really liked it so it turned out all good. Food was fast. Service was great and the restaurant was clean. Would love to eat here again.

These are the nicest people at any restaurant. Thr food and service is spectacular it's the only Penn Station I'd travel out my area to.

They didn't even tell me my food was ready and then they went outside

First time at this restaurant. Came in with coupon and sandwiches ( Italian subs)and service were excellent. Will go back

Consistently good but service always lacks. I frequent this location and they just opened the dining room back up from Covid restrictions. Everyone that works there looks like they just rolled out of bed and don’t take pride in their work. Not friendly, barely cordial. Today I ordered and the name on my order is “Jay” when the order was ready, a “J” was called but it wasn’t my order. I got home and turns out I got a two for one special. Two sandwiches under the name “MJ” I tried to call and see about any rectifications and of course no one answered.

The fries were trash the sandwich was salty 2 stars because the cashier was nice my parents came here the day before and a fight broke out between staff get it together or close it down

Went here with my cousin last night around 8 something the 3 boys inside was cleaning up as my cousin entered the building and went straight back to the restroom before ordering I wasn't outside for not even a minute when this tall black man with big eyes and a black cap approached my car trying to get in he said sorry stating it was a mistake he thought I was his cousin coming to get him but I'm on the passenger side I immediately scream at the man to get away from the car he goes into the pen station and the employees busted out laughing like what he did was funny I think the Man worked there he came back out walked down to the corner by the Walgreens then came back and waited at the title max I thought he was gone til I seen his face in the refection of the titles max widow he was hiding in between the columns it's not funny to try to scare your customers that man would of been as good as dead over a bad joke cause bby I was ready

The workers always have an attitude. It’s like that only there for the money.

I already knew it was finna be a problem when I saw the lady taking my order with blue, green and purple hair. She had an attitude and of course my food was wrong.

Avoid this location at all costs!!!! I don’t understand how you can have such bad people in one place, never will touch penn station here or anywhere else again!!!
