The worker I talked to was soo rude! They look at you like you’re stupid. No “welcome”, “how are you”, nothing. This isn’t how you run a business. Will never go back. Ever.

The donuts are great especially the glaze and the lemon, you become addicted to them and can't stop buying, also the best coffee that don't need any stevia or cream just black

This place has potential but missed the mark for me. I had their apple fritter and old fashioned donuts since most of the other choices were simply donuts with toppings which isn't my favorite.

The fritter was great as an iced donut but I didn't taste any apple at all.

The old fashioned was too soft on the outside and lacked that crunchy outside you expect from a sour cream donut.

If you're visiting St. Louis, make sure to pay Pharaoh's Donut a visit. Their donuts are absolutely amazing. I'm not sure I've tasted a better donut. I'm a huge have of their glazed and glazed cake donut.

The service and attitudes of the employees are horrible, not just the n one occasion but consistently. We have make choices about where to spend our coins and if the owners and managers don't care about front line employees ruining your brand with nasty unhelpful demeanors then so be it.
It's donuts - first thing in the morning- a smile goes a long way.

The donuts are pretty good. The lady at the register was rude and judging by the other reviews on here, everybody else thinks so too. Why would you roll your eyes and get frustrated at a customer that’s giving you business for asking questions? Why not just communicate politely? The comical part is that when she was annoyed as we attempted to confirm our order, she hastily claimed “I totally understand, trust me I completely understand”, then ended up not giving us one of the doughnuts we asked for lol. I thought you completely understood? I’ll pass next time I think about patronizing them. It’s too bad that an employee can be off-putting enough to not make you want to come back.

First they don’t have the best donuts in the city at all! The establishment is also dirty based on the 1 or 2 times I’ve been inside. I ordered donuts for my 7 yo son’s birthday and they sent me the worst selection of donuts without contacting me for substitutions. They sent a bunch of senior citizen flavored donuts and when I called as a distraught mom they were unsympathetic. Did I mention their donuts are nasty and I was only ordering out of convenience and they still got it wrong! Thanks but no thanks!

This place is a must if you’re downtown or driving through. I haven’t had anything that I haven’t liked, nor had anyone I’ve visited with. Always fresh and stay fresh, if you buy for later. Never had a problem with staff or cleanliness of the establishment. Everyone has been welcoming and helpful.
