Food was okay and the service was below average, but the place is overpriced—especially considering they automatically add an 18% service charge. The restaurant itself feels run down, which makes the extra charge even harder to justify.
The staff asked us to stack our own bowls, yet still expect a full tip to clean the table. When I requested a cup of ice and a straw, they simply left it on the counter for me to pick up myself.
Overall, the service was disappointing while still demanding a high tip. I would NEVER COME back again.

This place had 4 stars and good reviews so had to try and I was very disappointed. As soon as you walk in the man up front just gestures to sit wherever no words (which is fine) at least he was consistent and did that to everyone that walked in. So not very welcoming. The only sign of energy was when delivering the check.
Atmosphere was pretty bad, it had a stale order in the air, the floors look like they haven’t been swept in awhile, stains on the walls from sauces I guess, I don’t know how that happens. The sauce bottles and containers had players of crust on it and tables half assed clean with what appears to be plain water. I don’t know how this place has a A on the window. If this is how they keep the dining room then I hate to see the kitchen.
Eggrolls were massive and mooshy and very little flavor but was at least crispy.
Pho was very bland and just tasted like sour hot water. There brisket was thinly sliced and almost translucent as if they were stretching out portions for it to be busy later. Vegetables wilted, grey and overly recycled from previous customer.
Service was non existent and no re fills was given and no mentions of how was everything. Which he already knew how everything was I’m sure.
Overall I spent 29 dollars on a small bowl of sour hot water and mooshy eggrolls. I’m a little suprised they have more then one location.

Some of the worst pho I've ever had. The most basic thing about pho is that the broth is steaming hot so it cooks the raw beef. The beef in my pho was still pink after 5 minutes, the pho broth was basically lukewarm.
Noodles were undercooked and tough. Tasted way too salty and the broth was cloudy. Only ate a couple of bites and called it quits. Also the service was awful, didn't even get utensils with my meal and server was nowhere to be found. Never coming back.

Pho Long is my favorite restaurant in Olivette. Absolutely delicious and one of the only places I can get a durian shake

its just the best and run by one guy out and one chef. So, be patient, bring a kid or read an article.
Plus he is such a perfectionist. Love that.

When we arrived, the parking situation was a bit odd since you have to park along the sides. The decorations were pretty cool, and the restaurant was somewhat empty when we came in the morning.
The service was amazing, the waiter was spectacular. The food came out very fast, which I really appreciated, and the presentation was nice.
However, I’ve tried many Vietnamese dishes, and unfortunately, the pho here did not taste like authentic pho. It didn’t seem like it was made by Vietnamese people, and the flavor just wasn’t there for me. The portion size was okay, and while the food looked pretty, the taste of the pho was disappointing.
If you’re looking for a place to study, grab fast food, or eat quickly for business, this could work. However, I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant for a date or a special occasion.
Pho lovers should consider trying a different Vietnamese restaurant if you’re looking for truly flavorful pho. That said, the waitress was very kind, and I appreciated the fast service. Thank you for letting me try your restaurant, maybe next time I’ll try a different dish and give it another chance.

The pho price is ridiculous high, with very small bowl of noodle soup and small pieces of meat. And the egg roll and sprig roll are not same as usual, sauce are no flavor at all. It’s not the old pho long any more. So disappointing

I had the misfortune of dining at Pho Long recently, and I can only describe my experience as horrifying. Not only was the food subpar, but the behavior of the staff was completely unacceptable.
As I was leaving, a staff member threw my belongings on the ground in a shocking display of unprofessionalism. To my utter disbelief, he then tried to grab me, making me feel threatened and unsafe. This kind of behavior is outrageous and should never occur in any establishment, let alone one that serves customers. He complained I was taking long because he had other customers to serve *no one was there and phone not ringing
I cannot stress enough how appalled I am by this experience. I urge anyone considering dining here to think twice—your safety and comfort should always come first.
Pho Long needs to seriously reconsider its staff training and customer service policies. Until then, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone. The establishment well not even establishment (hut serving food) only had 2 patrons at all and now I completely understand why.
I ordered Pho, the food was fine. Wanted to order spring rolls but it’s only shrimp now instead of shrimp and pork. The condiments bottles need to be cleaned, i was skeptical to use them.

Not open on time
I ordered the pho biet and the broth was very bland. Really inedible. For the price you pay, the broth should be more flavorful, and hey didn't give me any onions...so frustrating.
