Excellent atmosphere for board games - with great service and food. Loved our New Year’s evening here.

Parking: My car got broken into - just outside the restaurant. Park safe and be careful.

Usually very busy. I recommend getting a private room or on a wait-list if you have a party of more than 3. I recommend this place as it's really fun and let's you have a great time with friends!! The food is quite expensive but really good, and there is a plentiful selection of alcohol if you wanna get turnt.

Went for the first time on trivia night and had a blast! The food and drinks were great and the service was as well. I was so busy playing trivia that I only got one picture which shows only a tiny portion of the games they have. We went a bit early for happy hour before the game started. I got the big pretzel with both mustard and cheese dips. I had an urban chestnut bushelhead cider to go with it. Daughter had the spreadable dip trio which was delicious and an elder sign cocktail. I met her friends , had a great time and our team won the trivia contest! I definitely will be back!

This was the 4th year in a row for our Boardgame group’s “Gamemas” holiday party at Pieces. The staff is always incredible. Super accommodating, friendly, and eager to teach games. The selection of games is amazing and we always find something we were looking for. This place is the best!

My work had our Christmas party at Pieces. It is a neat place to go. Our waitress was totally awesome! I don't know her name but she had purple hair!

I rented a room for my birthday and the renting process was super easy and staff was friendly. My biggest issue was the food. I ordered (and paid $40 for) a cake that had my name misspelled (I double checked my email and I did spell it correctly there but somehow the baker stilll got it wrong) and the cake was honestly gross. It was crunchy like it had been overcooked and had a gross aftertaste of baking soda. The icing on top was the only part of the whole cake that I actually enjoyed. I also was charged two library fees which I thought was weird but chalked up to them not adding my cake purchase to the food I also purchased. I was kinda disappointed but the staff were super nice and professional and prompt throughout the night. So I will be coming back I just will NOT be ordering a cake next time.

Huge selection of board games and fairly priced cocktails. It’s definitely a fun place to bring a big group of friends to.

We have always had a good experience at Pieces, but last night (11/2/24) was even better. All the staff were great, but our main server (possibly named Grae) went above and beyond for us. They were happy to talk about the cocktails and food, helped us pick and find games, and was just generally a joy to have around, plus they brought me a delicious birthday shot. The drinks were great, the food was good, and we had an excellent time. Thank you again, Pieces! We look forward to visiting when you get to the new location!

The vibes are immaculate, the drinks are eccentric, and the food is pure comfort. The only way to have a bad time here is to invite a rules lawyer, but even then the wonderful staff keep the games rolling smoothly. The world would be a better place with a Pieces in every town.

This place had a solid atmosphere and an interesting business model. I do like the fact that the more stuff you buy while you're there. They take a dollar off of your game play per item. The drinks were good. The food was solid. They did however double charge me on my credit card which was resolved a week or so later. I would go back here again if given the opportunity when in saint louis. I did enjoy their 3d printed signs so people could let staff know when they needed sowething and not be bothered.
