Definitely our favorite place to date in STL. We are big board gamers, and just fell in love with this place! The brunch was fantastic! The food was so good, and we really enjoyed our mimosas!

I really loved my time here. The staff was very friendly and approachable. They were more than happy to help with games or menus questions. The overall atmosphere was very laid back. My guest and I were there from about 4 pm to 10 pm, and no one pressured us to order anything. They kept our water craft filled and occasionally popped in for friendly conversation. Their color coded flag system at the table is an Ingenous idea to alert staff to your needs. I really appreciate not having to scan the room like an anxious child looking for my server and begging for eye contact so I can flag them down. If you are someone with severe social anxiety like my guest, this Is a pretty solid place.Vegetarian options: The vegetarian sloppy Joe sliders were very good.

Had a great family game night here and they have a vast menu especially the vegan options for me were excellent. If you’re a vegan or vegetarian I highly recommend the Impossible Tacos and the Giant pretzel, they both were delicious!

Inconspicuously on the corner of 8th street in Soulard sits Pieces board game bar and restaurant , street parking-front entrance vestibule has the walls decorated one with a fuzzy colored caterpillar, and doors on one wall reminiscent of the movie Monsters inc. for the child or childlike imagination in all of us. Once in side the brick wall and hardwood floors give off a loft appearance with walls of book like shelves covered nearly floor to ceiling with every kind of game you can imagine. Old school board games, card games, and games for every age from easy to difficult. Categorized so they are easy to locate. Even a small area of books for younger children. The wait t staff was friendly and attentive. Very helpful with gluten free vegan and celiac safe options for one of our family members. Cocktails for adults and mocktails for kiddos even almond milk on the menu. They thought of everything. The food was served hot and delicious good portions reasonably priced. No kids menu but you can order alacarte. Great for breakfast or brunch on Sunday sausage is a little spicy but everything was well seasoned. Staff was attentive to refilling water and drinks great service nice atmosphere we will definitely return.

It can get really hard to hear which makes it hard to play games. Pretty pricey but with the right group it can be alot of fun!

Had a mother son date with my 13 yr old and we had the best time! Sit at the bar and play some games. The bartenders are the sweetest!

Fun, inviting environment that's perfect for meeting up with friends. And the food was pretty good too!

I find it absolutely incredible when you can have a drink and have some games in public. This is a wonderful spot for friends, young ones, and family. Anyone who's interested in thinking outside the box when it comes to games and drinking this is the spot. Such a large selection of board games, Rubik's cubes, and card games. The facility was clean and had parking near by. The staff was happy and the prices were reasonable. Highly recommend.

They have an excellent selection of board games. They have an excellent wait staff that is very accommodating. (Even has coloring books and crayons for my kid). Amazing vegan options (I'm new to vegan due to health issues) that are both readily available and scrumptious. I've been a few times before and I couldn't be more pleased. Just take ALL THE STARS and go

We really like going to Pieces. It's a lot of fun. They have so.e really fun funky drinks. The food is good. And they have over 1,200 games. We also start out playing something we have never played. This time it was Pandemic. It's a game you win or lose as a team. We lost, but it was fun and took some thinking.

Amazing experience. I didn't expect the food to be so amazing because I thought it was more bar focused. Wrong! Everything was super great and if more stars could be given I would. Can't wait to visit again

Chill vibe. Excellent food, only eclipsed by the exceptional service, even during a busy Sunday brunch. Tons of games available.
