Very cool experience
My 1st and last time The barmaid working last night really Sucked! Let’s start there we drove quite some ways to only get told we can’t bowl because business was slow and they are closing early.we told her our situation and plus it my birthday and that we had no problem leaving at 130 we just wanted to bowl we chose to come here because the 3am closing instead of Flamingo bowling who was closing at 1:30am I asked could we just please bowl til closing she said no because she didn’t want to rush no one bowling ma’am we agreed to it why would it be a problem we just wanted to bowl Thanks For Ruining My Night
Google said they close at 3am, the website said 2am, the employee smoking outside the entrance said 1:30am but that bowling was done at 12:30am.
If New York is "The City That Never Sleeps", St. Louis is "The City That Goes to Bed at a Ressonable Hour So It Can Wake Up Early".
It did look pretty cool inside. Next time.
Inhospitable policies
I came in late in the evening with food and ordered a drink. I was told I told I can’t bring food in because they have a kitchen.
1. I believe the kitchen was closed at that point
2. Even if it hadn’t been, it’s not so amazing that it can compete with every other restaurant around. I had food that they didn’t serve there
3. That policy as a rule is arbitrarily unaccommodating and actually decreases business. Maybe I would have bought more drinks if I could have eaten my damn food
Now I’m never coming back
While we weren't able to bowl, I felt compelled to leave a review due to the exceptional experience we had. When we inquired about bowling past 10 PM with our 4-year-old, the staff kindly explained that local laws prohibit children from being admitted at that time. Their courteous and informative response was much appreciated, even though it wasn't the answer we hoped for.
Additionally, I was impressed by how diligently the staff were working. Everyone inside was either cleaning or engaged in their duties, contributing to a well-maintained and welcoming atmosphere. Upon entering, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. A brief conversation with the staff left a lasting impression, and we definitely plan to return.
Went here Sunday night thinking it would be a cool way to coast the night out, upon arrival, I got a beer, and went to scope the place out. I came back to the counter, waited 5 minutes for someone to assist us (there was only 1 other group at the bar) where both bartenders locked eyes with my friend and I, and completely brushed us off. Didn’t speak to us a single word. Being the only white man in the building, it came off as racially motivated and entirely hostile for seemingly no reason. I will not be back.
Great place in st. louis,i have been here twice time and still feeling happy to play bowling at this place,it was marvelous experience.
Me and a friend went this past weekend. The white female bartender kept looking over us and acted as if she was too busy to take our order but when an African American male took our order she said something to him, also as we were walking out a group started to make monkey sounds. Not sure what that was about but it wasn't a good visit for us. Won't be returning.

Planned our company holiday party here this year and had a great time! Tess (party coordinator) was easy to work with and I love that they are transparent with their pricing--made it so easy to plan and stay in budget without hidden/unspoken costs! The place has a great vibe with the retro bowling theme, there is LOTS of sitting and mingling space, clean bathrooms, and some very yummy pizza! We used Blueberry Hill to cater the majority of our food and it was a huge hit! Food was excellent and allowed us to order (in a very cost effective manner) foods for all dietary preferences, such as no-meat, no carbs, no gluten, or lots of meat, carbs and gluten! The menu was a fit for all! Definitely recommend this venue for parties! Adding photos of some of the food.
It was freezing inside .. it was 10 degrees outside and it felt like 15 degrees inside . SMH. So more heat. The workers kinda gave me attitude about it but I didn’t let it affect me! But the bowling alley itself is nice and cozy . Only like 10 lanes but it wasn’t too crowed when I went on Tuesday evening. The pizza was great ! I haven’t tried any other food. The price was reasonable for everything! Id definitely return again!
Employees Christmas Party
Pin-Up is the place to go. I've been coming here for years since I live in the neighborhood. The staff is fun and professional and the drinks are cheap!
Overrated and small.
