I ordered a Taro Smoothie with boba (black pearl).The smoothie lacked in taste and was watered down.Customer service was not good. It didn’t feel welcoming usually when you walk into a place you’re greeted with a “welcome, let us know if you have any questions.” I received a blank stare from the cashier, she just stood at the register until I ordered.Their prices are higher than other places I’ve been to, I spent about $17 and change for two drinks.

Me and my cousin went in here for a girls day out. We ordered 2 drinks. The cashier was a young lady very sweeet! She mistakenly thought it was Saturday and gave us a 50%discount. There was a guy there i dont know if he is the owner or manager but he found out and he snatched the receipt out of the girls hands and started yelling at her in front of us. She was so embarrassed and sad and so were we. We then went to sit down and he came to our table and told us to get up and pay the reminder because the cashier made a mistake! We will never return here. I feel so bad for the cashier. He was disrespectful and quite shameful for doing what he did over $9!!!!! What a shame !
My family loves popping in here for the occasional treat. The prices are consistent with other bubble tea restaurants around the metro area. The service is always pretty good.
