Last Sunday, we had the pleasure of dining at Colina on the Hill, I started off with one of their signature cocktails, called a Waterfall Dreaming, I wished I could’ve had several more, but I know I would have been dreaming about it for days, followed byan appetizer, we tried the calamari which was like no other calamari I’ve eaten and it was delicious with a sweet chili sauce on it, and the presentation was perfect. We ate here for the first time tonight and it was amazing. The brisket TRavs were AMAZING. The gnocchi were pillowy and perfect. And the Salmon special was also fantastic. This was some of the best food we’ve had in the City and prices are very reasonable. We will be back!
Great food. Their fried chicken was crispy outside and juicy inside, but you have to have it to describe better way.
