I stopped in for the first time today cause I was at the autozone next to them for parts. Asked the women up front what she recommended and she did not fail. The falafel were crispy and seasoned well. That gyro was one of the best I've had in years. They made it by maki g a pocket In the pita and stuffing everything inside of the pita bread like an old deli I uses to go to as a kid. I can't give this place justice with how good the food was. If you want an amazing gyro for a very fair price, this is the place

I ordered take-out here, and everything was absolutely delicious. Everything was reasonably priced too. I ordered a bunch of extra appetizers and sides because they were very good deals. Both the quality and quantity easily rivals much more expensive places.
The burrekas are very good and not a menu item I’ve seen very often. I had never had one before and I’m glad I got to experience them. Definitely recommend the spinach and cheese one.
Despite ordering take-out I would come here in person again. The place is very small but had a great atmosphere, setup like a cafe/deli. They had bakery and deli-like items not on their online menu in the deli counter which looked phenomenal. The owners were very friendly as well.

A friend called me to say a Ukrainian place had opened next door, and I was so excited. I was adopted from Ukraine, so exploring my heritage means a lot to me—and food is such a meaningful way to connect to it. I ordered the borscht and the holubtsi (cabbage rolls), and both were absolutely delicious. Everything tasted comforting and homemade. The woman at the counter and the man in the back were incredibly kind and welcoming, and they even offered to help me with the Ukrainian language, which was really special. I’m so happy to have a place like this nearby, sharing such amazing food and culture. 10/10, highly recommend

Ordered dinner for 3 persons - Plov - excellent! $15.00 plus bought pastry sandwiches ! They come filled with either chicken, potato, meat, cheese, or spinach & cheese. They are $3.99 each and well worth it ! Yum!! I never knew what was in this Gem called Pita Plus!!

I stopped by Pita Plus to grab some yummy crispy falafel, to my surprise the place now has a new owner and major upgrade. The food is absolutely delicious, the space is super clean, and feels so welcoming. Fresh, healthy ingredients, great flavors, and kindness in every interaction. They also added delicious homemade beets salad, soup, and desserts. You can already see how much heart the new owner is putting in to give this resturant a new life! From the moment I walked into Aleksandr’s place, I knew it was something special. While the Mediterranean menu itself is delightful, what truly blew me away are the Ukrainian dishes -the borsch and golubzi are absolutely authentic and packed with comfort and flavour. On top of that, the European cakes are next-level: the Napoleon and Kievskiy cakes are hands-down the best in St. Louis. What makes it even more memorable is the warmth and care that Aleksandr and his team put into every dish. I genuinely want to come back every day just to enjoy their food and the atmosphere they’ve created. Highly recommend!
