I stopped by Pita Plus to grab some yummy crispy falafel, to my surprise the place now has a new owner and major upgrade. The food is absolutely delicious, the space is super clean, and feels so welcoming. Fresh, healthy ingredients, great flavors, and kindness in every interaction. They also added delicious homemade beets salad, soup, and desserts. You can already see how much heart the new owner is putting in to give this resturant a new life! You know the food is good when writing the review makes you hungry :)

From the moment I walked into Aleksandr’s place, I knew it was something special. While the Mediterranean menu itself is delightful, what truly blew me away are the Ukrainian dishes -the borsch and golubzi are absolutely authentic and packed with comfort and flavour. On top of that, the European cakes are next-level: the Napoleon and Kievskiy cakes are hands-down the best in St. Louis. What makes it even more memorable is the warmth and care that Aleksandr and his team put into every dish. I genuinely want to come back every day just to enjoy their food and the atmosphere they’ve created. Highly recommend!

Tandoori chicken with salad was prepared well and variety of sauces add flavor. Bureki is unique to Europe and Asia - they offer them with meat, cheese and potatoes. But It is courtesy of the owner and taste of the food that stands out.
Pita + really reminded the place that you find during travels in the new city that only locals know. So locals or guest of the city - I recommend trying food here.

What really stands out is the bread: it's baked fresh every single day, with no preservatives or stabilizers just real, honest ingredients. You can truly taste the difference.
