DONT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION I PROMISE ITS NOT WORTH IT! Terrible service employees are rude. Food not made to standards set by corporate structure. This store really needs to be looked into over the way they speak to customers and lie about being out of product. When called to attention the manager and employees are cussing at customers to their face and behind the door (loud enough so everyone can hear in the lobby).

I ordered 3 pizzas here. To be delivered. They were so tasty, but also very greasy. We went to bed soon after. The following day my son and I had a horrible headache and we're throwing up. (After eating some cold pizza from the fridge.) 🤢🤮

O man, the employee of this store are very unprofessional. The food was not ready , but they marked as ready. I had to wait 30+ minutes. Need more people , specially professional one.

I don't know who they're hiring but I waited about 30 minutes to go pick up my order and it was marked as ready when I went there they didn't even have half of the order made they completely forgot that they had to make a seven item order

Needs new management ASAP they need to hire better like Chick-fil-A a smile & good customer service will go along way i like the Hampton Pizza Hut location way better 2025

They don’t accept coupons, no matter what the app says.

If I could give 0 I would. Ordered on DoorDash, after waiting 45 minutes the first pizza was allegedly stolen. Waited another 45 minutes, just for the store to cancel it. Called up to the store and spoke to a woman on the phone who said it was pickup only. Tried to reorder the pizza and come pick it up and she straight up told us no. The store doesn’t even close for another 30 minutes but nothing else is open now so we just won’t eat tonight. Absolutely awful service, do not order from here.

Screwed up my DoorDash orders twice(a couple of months ago and tonight) by lying to these drivers telling them that my order is gone. Either they're trolling or have a twisted sense of humor. It deserves to be under new management.

Avoid this location by all means!!! They barely put any of the toppings I ordered on the pizza except sausage. This location seems to miss the mark regular, which is why I drive 2-3 miles further just to get a decent pizza from this chain.
