I placed my order online while I was getting my oil changed. When I got to the store I noticed a young lady & guy outside on he corner talking/arguing. As I walked by i noticed they were smoking weed. When I walked in the store there was no one up front. I said hello 4/5 times, I called the store no answer and I yelled one last time. Some young lady from the back came up apologizing because she didn’t know her coworker took a break. The guy & girl I saw smoking on my way in walked in the store. The girl went to the back n the guy stood behind me. They were both laughing at the fact I was yelling for help. I got my pizza and left. This location I do not recommend to anyone. This was beyond unprofessional and rude.

Manger is a female with a very bad attitude. I took pictures of my pizza. They got it worg alot of times and I still paid for another one. Whe I told her about it she did nothing cause she was hi and act like she wanted to fight me. I'm 6ft 241lbs. She don't need to be a manager

Called on 11/18 2024 to place an order and a female told me to wait on a second.. I drive from the airport to Lindell and I was still on hold and it wasn’t busy and nobody was taking orders just to find she was on the side doing her thing and not taking orders on phone… let us know if you don’t take orders by phone just making us wait for ours till we give up

Not only is the food dry and always cold The employees are very rude on the phone put you on hold and forget about you . I tried working here, scheduled an interview and everything. Only to find out the supervisor wasn’t there basically told me my interview was invalid. Tried to call the supervisor to reschedule and he put me on hold and completely forgot about me. I am not gonna hunt someone down just to work in a pizza place….just ignorant.

The pizza tastes like cardboard and the hand tossed was awful. I called and the lady said to bring it back and she would make a new one then I went back in the lady denied me.

It was okay. Please learn how to make a super super supreme pizza. And I had extra on thin crust. My daughter should check the box before leaving. Got home. And I look at that pizza. Started laughing and crying. So mad. Just went White Castle. Pizza Hut you guys owe me one.

Had an Uber delivery from this store, I get there and literally every worker was outside getting high instead of waiting on their customers… I waited 15 minutes and still nobody even acknowledged I was standing inside the building.. needless to say this is the WORST pizza place I have ever attempted to deliver for… I marked the business as closed as I felt was extremely appropriate… nobody was working and nobody cared about their customers… none of you even deserve a job, put the drugs down and smoke it on your own time, you cost me 22 dollars that day!!

Pretty decent lunch menu as far as price but boneless wing were dry and they charge you $1 for a cup of sauce or ranch. Normally blue cheese or ranch is a given with wings.

Ordered ahead, when it said ready we showed up and they were closed. Paid already so waiting for a refund, save your money and your time
