A black man took my order processed my card and I didn't receive any pizza. Then the call center said that they had nothing to do with it and it had to talk to my bank. What complete losers this place is. Your business is only gonna be as good as your employees and your employees suck. P.S. I know what the problem is Black Black Black?

Received an email indicating a free large pizza. I went online to order and website was down. Contacted store near me and was told they could not help me and gave me a number to call. When I called, they were closed (In the middle of a week day????). Suggest you don't send email of free offers you have no intentions ofaccomodating!

Wanted to try the hot honey pizza and ordered a couple other items with it, but truly was interested in hot honey pizza. It was a plain, normal pepperoni pizza with no hot honey. I’m not sure if they forgot to add the hot honey but it was disappointing. The food was hot and delivery was quick but why are they advertising hot honey pizza!?!?

Less than five minutes away but delivery took almost 75 minutes. Order was also wrong. No point in calling to get it fixed after waiting over an hour.

That was the least stars I could leave.Customer service was awful. Told to bring order back to store, worker didn’t have have the audacity to even greet me and had an attitude. I will never order from them again nor will any of my family. Lost a long time customer !

The manager on 1/14 at the telegraph location at 3pm was not helpful by any means. We always order the deal of a large 3 topping over the phone for the last few years and have never had trouble. Now the manager tells us to go online only. The online app gave us MULTIPLE complications. It then had a minimum $ delivery fee, when just 2 weeks ago we were able to order over the phone without the minimum delivery fee.
