A black man took my order processed my card and I didn't receive any pizza. Then the call center said that they had nothing to do with it and it had to talk to my bank. What complete losers this place is. Your business is only gonna be as good as your employees and your employees suck. P.S. I know what the problem is Black Black Black?

Received an email indicating a free large pizza. I went online to order and website was down. Contacted store near me and was told they could not help me and gave me a number to call. When I called, they were closed (In the middle of a week day????). Suggest you don't send email of free offers you have no intentions ofaccomodating!

Wanted to try the hot honey pizza and ordered a couple other items with it, but truly was interested in hot honey pizza. It was a plain, normal pepperoni pizza with no hot honey. I’m not sure if they forgot to add the hot honey but it was disappointing. The food was hot and delivery was quick but why are they advertising hot honey pizza!?!?

Less than five minutes away but delivery took almost 75 minutes. Order was also wrong. No point in calling to get it fixed after waiting over an hour.

This is by far the bottom of the barrel pizza spot in SoCo. Last three attempts to order have resulted in failure. First time was sent wrong order. Months later tried again, my order never showed up in the system, had to wait for order to start over. Tonight, once again months later, they somehow gave away my order to the previous customer. So no disrespect to the food it self, but the staff is on the struggle bus.
The online order system worked great. Hot and ready right on time.

Pizza is always good and on time and the staff always friendly and personable. I live up the street and consider this a staple for our pizza cravings. I don't give more than 3 stars because the last two times I've been, I've seen multiple workers with longer hair without a hat or hair net around all the food. One worker had a giant Afro with no covering. Luckily I didn't find any hair in my purchase; however this is a big big deal to me as it is SO EASY to cover your head while cooking. No excuse for this lack of integrity and sanitation.
