It was amazing it wasn't noisy, the place was very clean and even though it was around 7pm the food was fresh, something you don't get from allot of places and you don't get good customer service these days but they were so polite.

Update your times on google maps please. It was horrible getting there and you were closed.
Their pizza is decent, I like it some don’t. Anyway- I ordered a 16” Double Pepperoni New York pizza and when Uber delivered it… it was a medium pepperoni pan pizza and an order of breadsticks. They weren’t even anywhere close to what I ordered. But, the food wasn’t bad.
Pizza was horrible service was not great yall place has went down
To bad the location of this place isn’t explained or better detailed.
This place has the WORST customer service ever I don't even know what to call it. I placed an ONLINE order, which is still Pizza Hut regardless of where the order was processed, because I needed the pizza at the time of open (11AM) and the website was very glitchy. When we picked up the pizzas and went back, it was not how I chose them. I called the LINDELL STORE and advised one of the "associates" of my concern and I asked if they could fix it. She basically stated that they have nothing to do with that and said she would get me transferred to online support but instead SHE DISCONNECTED THE CALL. I called back and someone picked up the phone then hung it up immediately. I took it upon myself to locate the phone number for online but they were closed, so I called the store back. When I called, it seemed as though I kept getting transferred to different departments then it said to hold for a supervisor, I thought well that's great I will let them know my concern, thinking she'd be more compassionate. Nope! I was wrong, it was WAY WORSE! After calmly voicing my concern, which it seemed like she didn't care too much anyway from the beginning, she stated that I would have to come back to the restaurant with the incorrect pizzas and exchange them, cool, except I kindly asked if they could deliver it for the INCONVENIENCE as I am 10 minutes away, she said UNFORTUNATELY NOT, they are not in the region. I let her know that I am going to give the store a bad review because we weren't pleased when we arrived; their doors were still LOCKED when they were supposed to be open causing a delay. She then literally said, "WELL YOU ORDERED IT ONLINE IT'S NOT OUR FAULT". At this point it is since you have no type of training in the ability to interact with your customers. And I yelled back letting her know it doesn't matter, everyone there was rude and unprofessional and I heard her still YELLING at me at the TIP OF HER LUNGS through the phone so I had to hang up. As soon as they open today I am calling the corporate office to report the so-called "Supervisor" who is employed there and her minions too.
Our son shared that he had a chance to attend a presentation by David Thorenson at the St. Louis Zoo, and that he’d earn extra credit. So I picked him up at school and we both realized quickly that we’d need to get something to eat before the presentation. Siri quickly found the nearest Pizza Hut - this location. We placed the order the old fashioned way - actually talking to the good gentleman on the phone. When we got there it was waiting nice and hot - wings and a pepperoni pizza - our son’s favorite. And a couple of sodas. It was a great dinner and we finished it and arrived at the Zoo just on time for the presentation. A great night made better thanks to the friendly Pizza Hut manager and the good food he serves. Thank you, Pizza Hut!
It was absolutely freezing in the dining room and we moved to another side just to be able to tolerate it so we could eat. The food arrived in a timely manner however, it was not piping hot it was almost cold. Very disappointing.
Ordered 2 pizzas and waited over an hour, then when we called they said they didn't have the order on the screen even though we had a confirmation email, AND got a phone call regarding the order. They then told us they were closing and had no interest in fixing it. Ridiculous.
We grabbed pizza from here a couple of times while we were in St. Louis. One of the times was tough because their door was locked but the sign said they were open. We waited about ten minutes and got someone's attention. They unlocked the door for us. There isn't seating to dine inside.

We called for pizza delivery since the restaurant was five blocks from our hotel and on the same street. We informed them what hotel we were staying at, told them what street number and gave them our last name. The person taking the order told the driver that we did not know our address. It would be nice if the person taking phone orders would listen to the prospective customers.
Needed a filling and inexpensive lunch for a meeting. Order pasta pans which fit my needs. And they delivered. The pasta pans came with breadsticks. Not expensive and everyone was pleased.
