Don’t go here plenty Pizza Hut in the Saint Louis area. Just get this one closed down. Not worth the space on the lot. Don’t send your kids to work at this well one. Not safe environment.

Absolutely terrible service. Every time we order whether it be delivery or carryout, something gets messed up. When its delivery, they always use doordash and something is always wrong. Either its an hour late or the food is missing. Sometimes both. So when I decide to do carryout instead, they completely mess up a simple sausage pizza by putting peppers and other random stuff on it. Then I'm told I can get another pizza or store credit for next time I order, no refund. Only time I'm ordering from here again is to use the store credit that I decided to get instead of waiting around for them to make a whole new pizza. This place is a joke. When you actually get the right food, it's decent, but it's a gamble if it's going to be on time or whether it will all be right.

I arrived to the pizza hut location at approximately 715p, there were so many people already waiting for their orders. I should have left but I had never had any prior issues with this location, so I opted to stay and wait. An hour later I received the incorrect order but unfortunately did not realize this until I got home.

What an absolute joke. Ordered online. For some reason once the order was placed, it said the delivery address was pizza huts address. Obviously, I do not live at pizza hut. It's a complete s*** show to even get this changed. Can't get a live person at the actual store. You're connected with a pizza hut "agent" who sounds high and drunk and can't even understand what you are asking. Then we get a text that a door dash driver is picking up our order and it has our dashers phone number. Called the dasher and explained the situation. They said they are picking up our order now and delivering it. Didn't even listen to a word I said. Explained it, yet again. They said that they could not change the delivery address and that they would have to contact Door Dash to do that. I then asked how we cancel the order. He said, "Uh, I don't know." So my husband is driving up to the pizza hut location now. Wish us luck. Will never order from here again.

GREAT experience.. love the little box combo, just the right size for a normal size meal
This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered from this location. Both times spoke with Julie. I specifically asked her her name because she was so awesome on the phone. She suggested a pizza with caramelized onions, red peppers ( and I added bacon & pepperoni) Julie was patient, helpful, and super friendly! Also one of the best pizzas I’ve had in a long, long time!!!

I ordered at 8:35… at 10 i had no delivery so I called. No answer but I did get to their customer service line. The lady on the line told me to just basically wait and if it didn’t show up I could call again because she couldn’t get ahold of anyone working at the store. I waited another 20 minutes then called because I wanted to cancel. I spoke with another kid at customer service who sounded high and confused. He got my address then said I’d be refunded but he didn’t confirm anything else. I tried to do the chat but it didn’t work then when I try the “contact us” option… it kept resetting. So basically I will have to wait a few days to see if I even get a refund. I’ve never had an experience like this with ordering pizza ever… I don’t even leave reviews but this was ridiculous from start to finish.
