This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered from this location. Both times spoke with Julie. I specifically asked her her name because she was so awesome on the phone. She suggested a pizza with caramelized onions, red peppers ( and I added bacon & pepperoni) Julie was patient, helpful, and super friendly! Also one of the best pizzas I’ve had in a long, long time!!!

I'm a long-time PH fan who visited the Hampton store area and ordered pizza thru the PH app. Progress never changed after it was placed in the oven, and the store wouldn't answer the phone for me or the PH CSR supervisor.After 75 minutes, the pizza did eventually arrive while I was left on hold with national CS ( the app still showed it in the oven). To their credit, the PH DM for that store called me a few days later--Good discussion about their many recent challenges,...

I've been ordering from this location with about 3-4 star food for years, but tonight everything was perfect! The breadsticks weren't super hard (like usual) and we're covered in seasoning, the pizzas had great topping distribution, and the order was ready pretty quickly. I wish my receipt asked for a survey so I could corporate know good of a job you did. Really pleased. Please keep it up!
