Ordered on line a med hand tossed pizza and 2 literally bottle of soda. Pizza arrived cold, soda was not delivered. I asked driver if he had the soda and he said they didn't give it to him and he doesnt look at the orders. I called the store and the person who answered the phone stated she gave it to him and was extremely rude about it. Called the driver (a door dasher) states he was not given any soda. Called the store back she apologizes and a manager will call back. 2 hours and still no follow-up and so now I am out a tip and the soda, paid $30 for a cold medium pizza. Will never go or oder from this location again.

A little busy and noisy but the pizza and all is always good.

The customer service is disgustingly awful! You never hang up in a customers face ! I didn’t even get a chance to say hello , some lady picked up saying you have to order online or come in but I was trying to ask a question about a order I was going to place online! Now I’m not ordering ??
I had delivery. At 740 pm, tracking said it was out for delivery. Expected arrival time 751 pm. It did not arrive until after 815 pm. (The diver I suppose drove around with it for at least 35 mins. I live less than a mile away.) It arrived cold and the crust was very hard. I had to put it in the microwave, to make it edible. This why I hate pre-tipping on an order.

Ordered $12 pizza on Eclipse day. It tasted horrible and was cold, like it had been made hours before. Didn’t feel like arguing with manager for refund. Threw most of it away. Never going back to that location
