So I ordered a pizza and the entire pizza was incorrect. None of the toppings were correct. I had ingredients that I did not order. I absolutely hate sausage and the entire pizza was covered with sausage. I do not eat green bell peppers on my pizza, was covered with those. It's like they either gave me the wrong pizza or did not read the ordered toppings. I had curbside and no one came out. Got home, tried to call the store, was put on hold for over 20 mins and no one ever answered. Will not go to this location again.

Don’t ever call to place an order. They never answer the phone. I even sat in front of the building in my car to see why they never answer the phone. I called, young lady put it on hold then stood at the cash register staring out of the door window…they refuse to place orders over the phone. I don’t know why they have a phone number. Another time girl did the same thing and never came back to phone just put it on the answering machine.

Spent $50 on 2 pizzas & bread sticks. Asked for extra extra sauce on one of the pizzas and said it multiple times “like dripping” charge me! Get home and it barely any sauce the pizza was dry. The girl who took the order and cashed me out was great! I tried to tip her and she said the tip wouldn’t go to her anyway?!?? I called to get it corrected the same girl who took the order said the manager said we could bring the pizza back and they would remake it so we did. The manager came to the counter with an attitude to show the remade pizza. I asked for additional sauce and she brought a 2 portion. This experience would have been great if it hadn’t been for the managers poor attitude! Not to mention having to drive up there twice

Of the "Big 3" pizza places in South City, I've had the best experiences, both carry-out & delivery, from this Pizza Hut. Order is accurate and staff is friendly. Been ordering for years now.
I ordered a pizza online and was told that it would be delivered in 20 to 30 minutes. However, 50 minutes later when I call the store to check on the order, I was told that someone came after me and order 24 pizzas. Therefore, my order would be delayed. Then, I was told that I would have to wait until a door Dasher picked up the order for it to be delivered. This would have been another 30 minutes. I ended up picking up the order myself.

Ordered a 16 piece boneless bf wings and their was hair In my food and when I called to report it the assistant manager was so rude and hung up on me lol just a shame you can’t even get half way decent food anymore.?I’m not surprised nor am I upset because I know what comes behind this.

I ordered for a scheduled time but pizza was made immediately (almost an hour early). I tried to call to say something and put on hold. I was still on hold when I arrived 35 minutes later! To be fair, they remade the pizza and didn't charge me.
