You guys should close if you don't do delivery. With how small the location is and how you guys never answer the phone, seems like a waste of time to give you business if you don't want it in the first place.

Nasty attitude,rude, disrespectful,inconsiderate, dirty looking staff.Extremely unacceptable customer service, That staff person who I never got his name because he would not give it to me was totally out of line, rude he needs to be fired although I'm not sure that will happen because I looked on the website and he has been reported many times his picture is out there one complaint I saw was over 3 months ago. Pizza Hut must be really really desperate for workers because they accept their staff treating their customers any kind of a way ,however I will never return to this Pizza Hut again. I reiterate he needs to be fired he wears a red wool skull cap on his head in 100° weather now that's just a description of him he's a black guy terrible terrible terrible inconsiderate, rude person.He lied told me he was The store manager I called and another staff told me he's not the store manager. I cannot seem to get a hold of the actual manager because every time I call She's never available.

I got there at1001 he cleared my name off the screen and said they closed you could of handed me my pizza I guess u wanted to take it home for yourself y'all close at 11pm gone have a written sign saying 10pm somebody tell me something

I ordered at 9:30 and by 10:30 no pizza, I called the store and the man was very rude, asked me to cancel my order because they’re not bringing it. Wouldn’t give any explanation but just told me to call back tomorrow for a refund. Terrible customer service

Placed order through door dash.Pasta dish wasn’t full to the top as it should be and also had no lid on it and didn’t include the breadsticks that their pastas come with.Garlic cheese bread was ok but not great.Both items put in the pizza box without being sealed.

More like zero waited 20 mins till I could be helped and when I finally was the guy had nothing but attitude I told him I had a pick up and he looks at me with a blank face and says what can I do for you so I repeated myself louder I HAVE A PICK UP and he looks at me and says what can I do for you as if he didn't listen or care that I said anything

Both delivery and take out is great, my order was delivered on time, the whole order was correct and hot. When i ordered pick up it was ready when i got up there to pick it up. The staff was friendly and helpful.
3/14/24...1st order placed online at 6p_p/u time stated as 6:25p.2nd order placed online at 6p_p/u time stated as 6:19p.Arrived at store at 6:25p, 2nd order brought out at 6:35p by the rudest employee in St Louis County. 2nd order brought out at 6:50p. Store closed at 7p.Complaint made to customer service online regarding rudeness of employee, pizza quality (I think we got a drop of sauce on the dinner box and 2 pieces of sausage), and time that pizzas were brought out vs. promised.Manager sent email 3/18/24 refusing to give refund based on information received from corporate customer service. Total message was not transferred to local store.3/18/24 reply to manager...I did receive your apologies for the long wait time that I experienced at Pizza Hut. My initial request was to receive a refund for my orders and that was not addressed in your email. To further make the situation go downhill, when I returned home and opened the pizzas, the quality was terrible and we were given boneless wings when I my order was for bone in wings. On the dinner box, neither pizza had more than a tablespoon of sauce.I live in proximity to the store and over the past year have ordered several take out orders and a curbside order. The first couple times of ordering were good experiences, the last 3 times have been horrible. I attributed the bad experiences to the staff at the time but each time has been different staff members. When we ordered curbside, the order was never brought to the car although I called several times to customer service. I am requesting a refund of the total for both orders ($33.12 & $20.70), the service received was terrible. The employee that brought the pizzas to the front was not only rude to my son and I, I observed that he was rude with other customers also.Manager contacted me by phone on 3/19/24 and the store's 'fix' for complaints...$20 in store credit. She said that because we didn't return the food (they closed at 7p, right after our orders were given to us 30+ min later than promised) and my initial complaint that they received from corporate didn't give details about food quality (the entire complaint was not transferred to the store from online customer service). The manager also said that their online order system does not give accurate pickup times because they are short staffed.Moral of the story - This location stinks!!! We'll never go there again.
