3/14/24...1st order placed online at 6p_p/u time stated as 6:25p.2nd order placed online at 6p_p/u time stated as 6:19p.Arrived at store at 6:25p, 2nd order brought out at 6:35p by the rudest employee in St Louis County. 2nd order brought out at 6:50p. Store closed at 7p.Complaint made to customer service online regarding rudeness of employee, pizza quality (I think we got a drop of sauce on the dinner box and 2 pieces of sausage), and time that pizzas were brought out vs. promised.Manager sent email 3/18/24 refusing to give refund based on information received from corporate customer service. Total message was not transferred to local store.3/18/24 reply to manager...I did receive your apologies for the long wait time that I experienced at Pizza Hut. My initial request was to receive a refund for my orders and that was not addressed in your email. To further make the situation go downhill, when I returned home and opened the pizzas, the quality was terrible and we were given boneless wings when I my order was for bone in wings. On the dinner box, neither pizza had more than a tablespoon of sauce.I live in proximity to the store and over the past year have ordered several take out orders and a curbside order. The first couple times of ordering were good experiences, the last 3 times have been horrible. I attributed the bad experiences to the staff at the time but each time has been different staff members. When we ordered curbside, the order was never brought to the car although I called several times to customer service. I am requesting a refund of the total for both orders ($33.12 & $20.70), the service received was terrible. The employee that brought the pizzas to the front was not only rude to my son and I, I observed that he was rude with other customers also.Manager contacted me by phone on 3/19/24 and the store's 'fix' for complaints...$20 in store credit. She said that because we didn't return the food (they closed at 7p, right after our orders were given to us 30+ min later than promised) and my initial complaint that they received from corporate didn't give details about food quality (the entire complaint was not transferred to the store from online customer service). The manager also said that their online order system does not give accurate pickup times because they are short staffed.Moral of the story - This location stinks!!! We'll never go there again.

I always love Pizza Hut, only complaint is the big guy that works there. He has an attitude every time I see him. Never says hi. I had to read the reviews to make sure it wasn’t just me lol.

I waited in lobby with no one in sight the guy finally comes out with no welcome I had to ask if I could place my order the pizza was the worst pizza hut I ever had and the bread sticks were over done and dry...the pizza was disgusting waste of money I threw the whole thing

Service was horrible. I placed an order online & they never brought my food out. The workers there are not friendly nor are they customer service oriented. They need an entire new staff.
