Came in and had my pieces done within five minutes also the guy at the register, Courtney offered a special which led to saving prices. Ultimately wonderful store Pizza Hut close by the house I will be coming back.

I ordered a pizza for delivery Saturday night, 11/22 and my order was then cancelled and I wasnt notified until I was tracking my delivery and it told me the store cancelled my order. When I called Sunday morning, the manager didn't apologize, didn't explain what happened, didn't even greet me only asked what store I ordered from and then transferred me back to whoever answered the phone without telling me what the resolution was going to be. Won't be ordering again.

The gentleman who was helping me asked if I would like my breadsticks remade because they were broken a little bit and I said sure. He ended up giving me both sets of breadsticks and threw in an extra pizza because I had to wait. This gentleman went above and beyond for the customer and it will not be forgotten. I will definitely be back to this location.

These dummies really got customers placing orders while the store’s not even open. It’s 1pm, I walk up to the door, and they talking about nobody showed up to work. Pathetic.

Ordered the $12.99 added sausage and an order of cheese bread charged $33.00. Asked why so much all the kid could say was he didn't know that's just how it rang up. Need management there when open. Was 2 kids there. Creve Couer Mo. Location

Came in to get our pizza pickup which showed ready in the app
Lobby was full 20 deep of people waiting to pick up their already paid for and ready food, that we can see in the warmer behind the counter. The PH lady was in the kitchen yelling at the two men and throwing boxes on the floor in frustration. Then when asked by a customer for help, she made excuses about her bad drivers which had nothing to do with us.
After 30mins i left without our pizza and went to QT. Wasnt worth it to wait any longer.

Ordered online, but their system says it failed order, but I got an email with an order number. So I waited for two hours. I called and while I was on the phone with the store, my order showed up, but then two hours later they sent another pizza and left it on the front porch without knocking. When I found it, the pizza was covered by ants. Called three times, first two times is a call center to tell you they can't help that you need to talk to the store, and the last call I got hung up on, but they apparently sent the second pizza. Too much drama for a damn pizza. Good bye Pizza Hut forever.

Said my food would be here by 804 never came the customer service that they have is rude they put me on hold for 20 minutes the first time then hung up on me then called back and told it would be a another 70 minutes to get my food it's waiting on the store to answer this place is a joke the call center can't do anything but take orders still wait for them to fix it or get a hold of the store no food after waiting two hours for it and no help to get a refund

I ordered three pizzas one week ago and they were all wrong. I have called multiple times and I'm always told only the GM can issue a refund and they will get back to me, but the GM never calls me back.
Apparently they have done this twice now. They charged $1 unauthorized tip in March when I was here. They charged an unauthorized $5 tip on my takeout order after being 10+ minutes late making it, terrible customer service 😡 , the girl employee was on her cell phone in the lobby customer chairs when I arrived and it appeared they hadn’t even started my food when it was the time it was supposed to be completed. They hardly acknowledged me the entire time. They didn’t acknowledge me at all after putting the completed food in the transition oven even though I was standing right there and took several minutes to give me my food even after it was ready.
Took them several minutes to acknowledge the DoorDash driver that was waiting behind me afterwards too. The place looked gross, half of everything was broken, doors to the heating transition oven, glass on front door and soda fridge doors were all broken.
Make sure you check for the final receipt, card and dispute this with your bank when they do this.
Order pizza delivery on February 13th 2025. Pizza never showed up, so I called the store and they told me they would refund my money. Here it is April 13th 2 months later and no refund. I've contacted them by phone and email. But still no refund. Not happy I want my $21.88 back.
