Pizza Hut

I ordered three pizzas one week ago and they were all wrong. I have called multiple times and I'm always told only the GM can issue a refund and they will get back to me, but the GM never calls me back.

Apparently they have done this twice now. They charged $1 unauthorized tip in March when I was here. They charged an unauthorized $5 tip on my takeout order after being 10+ minutes late making it, terrible customer service 😡 , the girl employee was on her cell phone in the lobby customer chairs when I arrived and it appeared they hadn’t even started my food when it was the time it was supposed to be completed. They hardly acknowledged me the entire time. They didn’t acknowledge me at all after putting the completed food in the transition oven even though I was standing right there and took several minutes to give me my food even after it was ready.

Took them several minutes to acknowledge the DoorDash driver that was waiting behind me afterwards too. The place looked gross, half of everything was broken, doors to the heating transition oven, glass on front door and soda fridge doors were all broken.

Make sure you check for the final receipt, card and dispute this with your bank when they do this.

Order pizza delivery on February 13th 2025. Pizza never showed up, so I called the store and they told me they would refund my money. Here it is April 13th 2 months later and no refund. I've contacted them by phone and email. But still no refund. Not happy I want my $21.88 back.

Would honestly give a 0 for food if I could. Ordered a large pan supreme, & a Cinnabon. The pizza underneath literally wet and full of dough. I just ate toppings

I had a great order when I walk in they had just done watching they hands AND ALL STAFF WERE HAIR NETS. I think that’s like a requirement for Pizza Hut I guess . come here and u would be satisfied.

I ordered a pizza from here and my pizza was full of hair and we asked for a remake of the pizza and they said I have to pay for it . DO NOT EAT HERE

I ordered a pizza dinner box for delivery and when the pizza arrived I asked why is this box dented? The delivery guy said he received the box that way. I got the box sat it on the counter opened it and this was the horrible experience check the photos.

I was looking for someone to deliver a pizza to me and they said they couldn't deliver to my address. Terrible service.

I like pizza and this location but this guy in front of me was being very weird. They Pizza Hut employee ask him to answer the question down on screen and said to the manager y’all already ran my card why I need tip.well big brains it’s your money you don’t have to tip . People in creve couer huh ?

Two medium pizzas ordered with different crusts, the order was reversed to the disappointment of all who was eating them since each wanted a different crust. Always check your order before leaving the store.

The pizza was very dry and hard. Not enough cheese. Didn't have a taste. The employees were very friendly and helpful when asking about online purchases.
