Blonde girl with the pink hat is just incredibly toxic to her co workers, I understand needing stuff to get done but it’s almost nearing verbal abuse, this isn’t a Gorden Ramsey kitchen, yelling at them about incompetence won’t make it better. It made me extremely uncomfortable, if someone talked to me that way I’d be upset. There is a better way to say that things should be done right the first time instead, leading instead of demanding, and showing some kindness to people you work with. Especially when your kitchen is open. I’m just a DoorDash driver, but If I was a customer I wouldn’t order from here based of that :( extremely upsetting
Rude fact guy. 3 pieces of bacon that wouldn't cover my finger nail. Very little pepperoni. Guy walked away while was speaking to him. Very rude and didn't care!
Service was very slow. Took almost 45 minutes for us to place and receive our order. Then when we got it home the breadsticks were not fresh at all and the marinara was cold. The manager was complaining about one of her workers out loud which was very unprofessional. Would not recommend this Pizza Hut.
I think they were one worker down so it took a few minutes longer on the order.
For atmosphere, don't expect much. This is only a storefront with a window bench. Nothing like the old buildings with true sit down tables.
Got a large 3 topping and a med pan they flipped my pizzas. Called the store 3x it just ran and ran til it went to the call center.
Ordered delivery. Door dash delivered. Pizza was cold and dried out like it sat on top of the oven for too long. Place went down hill.
I ordered 2 pizzas...1 thin crust hamburger and Canadian bacon, 2 hand tossed same toppings. Opened the boxes the hamburger looked like brown granules could hardly see them and no Canadian bacon. Needless to say not at all what I am used to from Pizza Hut. My grandson and his friends had driven up to St. Louis from Villa Ridge to dig my car out from that ice/snow storm. They were tired, cold and wanted good pizza. I am very disappointed in Pizza Hut.
I ordered food to here but when I got here all of a sudden they are closed and I couldn’t get a refund for the food I paid for
0 stars if possible. Do Not waste your money or time with this place. Was craving pizza and wanted delivery due to being tired, work an early morning job. Over twice the amount of time the website said it would take for delivery, store refused to answer the phone, no refund despite a simple order taking over an hour. 1 pizza, 1 order of wings, estimated time 25 to 30 minutes, time took 1 hour and some change nearly an hour 15. Food delivered was cold and was not even correct per the order. Phone call number 3 automatically redirected me to customer service after waiting forever, not that the lady actually cared enough to make things right. No, just refunds are a store thing and keep calling hopefully someone will bother to answer. No one bothered to answer. Also not the first time this place has been this horrid, granted only the second but not willing/ dumb enough to give another chance. 100% waste of money
It seemed the crust was under cooked.

This Pizza Hut used to be so good. Fresh, hot delicious. In the past few months, this location has declined quickly. We order on the app, it's not ready. We wait, take it home, it's wrong. We call, the staff is rude is hangs up on us. The store is disgusting. We won't be going back any time soon. They need to close, get all new employees and deep clean the store before reopening. Scuz.

Ordered 1 pizza for carry out. Received email that it was ready but still waited 40 minutes when I got to the store. Workers were inattentive and rude. One seemed drunk. They were throwing pans and utensils on floors. Store was dirty with food all over floors. I would have left but had already paid. They didn’t care or apologize that I waited 40 minutes for 1 pizza. Horrible- I will not be back. Very frustrating. At least 5 other customers said the same thing as we all waited with no explanation given. Pizza wasn’t even hot when I finally received it.

For starters ordering delivery from just about any pizza place these days seems to be more of a specialty than the norm. So when this particular Pizza Hut location had an extra long wait for delivery I opted to go pick up my order from the store, ya to save time. When I did arrive to pick up my order, 2 pizzas, breadsticks & some wings I was lucky enough to find what I assumed was an employee. She was dressed like she had a date at her local laundry mat because her uniform was dirty and the only thing left to wear was a overly tight tank top, possible pajama pants and what I would consider house shoes. Thankfully I was able to enjoy her collection of random placed and poorly executed tattoos plus her demonstration of how to properly eat a slice of pizza while work begins the cashier counter. I am glad that this was the first person customers encountered while spending money at Pizza Hut. Don’t get me wrong where she lacked in professional appearance she more than came up short with her customer service but I could be wrong. In my opinion if this is going to be the face of this Pizza Hut location I will gladly take my business elsewhere. There should be a remedial class on customer service and conducting one’s self with some dignity and pride. Not a good look or good experience for me, at all.
