Was absolutely horrified by our local pizza Hut, first off, when did they start using doordash to deliver my pizza I never ordered from doordash I ordered from Pizza Hut the order was completely wrong no coupons just two pizzas for $34 and it was completely screwed up my son had to drive back to the store wait for 45 minutes to get a replacement never got the delivery money back I am done with Pizza Hut
We've gotten our orders delivered a couple of times and had to write one today. We called for the large pizza with beef, olives, and banana peppers. The banana peppers were sparingly used, the beef was as expected (we called for extra). The pizza though was cold and extremely greasy.We used to love the breadsticks from Pizza Hut for years and got a side order of those as well. They were cold too. We put them in the oven to make it slightly crispier. The marinara was awful. We just couldn't eat it. Zero taste of tomatoes and full of sugar. It tasted like a sweet tamarind paste. Wonder what that was. May give Fenton a shot. This place is kinda tanking!

We used to love this place! Unfortunately their customer service is not the greatest anymore. We called trying to order one and the lady on the phone said we’re taking too long and hung up. Called back twice after no response which is already unprofessional to begin with. If I was being disrespectful over the phone or had something else to say I would understand their reaction however since I was being perfectly clear and respectful this reaction wasn’t right.Parking: Big enough parking lot.
Pasta??? Cold, taste BAD, we ordered two pizzas, they were cold, burnt..I have to waste everything in the trash, so my $35 wasted. Eat somewhere else!

Won't be going back. Snarky kid sitting at the register as soon as I got there. Sent my husband in to get the order, Asked for my order and he told him it was all in one box. Was surprised and said "really?! Cool!" He came out to the car I said "is that it?" I opened the box and sure enough it wasn't all there, sent hubby back in and he told him that some was missing and the kid said "Suuuure" in a real snotty attitude. Hubby handed him the receipt and he said "huh, you're right!" Said it would be about 10 more minutes and my husband said "great, cold pizza" the kid didn't even bat an eye. They didn't even put cheese on the whole pizza & barely any sauce.
