I always order for our company from Planet Subs. Unfortunately, this experience was not good. I feel terrible for the employees working there today. We were missing a sub and an employee was in the process of having the sub made and sent to me. When the manager overheard what was going on he began to yell at the employee (I could hear everything he was saying). She apologized and stated my manager will not take the order to me and I will have to take it up with UberEATS. She also kept apologizing for her manager yelling and that he was in a bad mood. Very disappointed in how the employees are being treated at the Downtown St. Louis location.

Strolling through the downtown and stumbled upon this sandwich shop. It may or may not be a chain, but it was great! They had lots of vegetarian options and the sandwiches were big enough to split for 2 meals. Dine in and take out options available. All indoor seating. Had chips and a drink with the sandwich and they even had warm cookies, haven't had a snickerdoodle in years. Thanks for the great meal.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options are not hidden and don't require substitutions. The veggie subs were really good too.Dietary restrictions: Multiple vegetarian optionsParking: Parking available near by. I love my sandwiches. The price is good, the food is delicious. Yum yum. I recommend it. Oh yeah, they use cards to identify your order. For example, a 5d means five of diamonds and they will give you that card.
Awesome customer service and great food. I work at a location that requires a delivery. The guy on the bike is really friendly. I’ve never had to wait more than 30 mins for my food. Great work!

Stopped here on the way out our float trip. They even had an option to order food to take floating and they'd pack out in ice. Read the reviews and ordered the Buffalo chicken, great option! And it smells like fresh bread in here. So delicious, and I like that they have the fancy flavors coke machine. Great service, great atmosphere.
The Buffalo chicken sub on gluten free bread is excellent. It’s tasty, reasonably priced, and close to the office. I’ll definitely be coming back.Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free bread that’s good quality.

Unfortunately, I just had a terrible experience at this location. I ordered through DoorDash and my sandwich came to very unappealing and absolutely incorrect. I ordered the half veggie. I received a sandwich that ONLY had brown romaine lettuce, banana peppers and chipotle sauce. That was all that was on the sandwich. No cheese, none of the other veggies that are supposed to come on the sandwich. What's worse is when I called and asked for the manager, a gentleman got on the phone and would not listen to a word I was attempting to say. He started talking over me immediately and then got angry when I became frustrated that he was talking over me. I asked for the owner, and he said he was the owner. He called me names then told me, "You know what, call DoorDash and tell them to give you a refund!" then hung up on me. They would not answer the phone again when I called back because I had hoped to get his name. Please do not eat at this establishment. I am so frustrated and can't believe this happened.
