Ordered the dragon bowl (it's spicy), pot stickers, and honeydew milk tea. I highly recommend all of them. The staff is very friendly and welcoming.

This place has become one of my go-tos for lunch. Healthy, friendly, and I can build a bowl that is enough for more than one meal, and still affordable. Great food and value!

poke one was so good! the place seems to be run by a family, and has a very friendly ambience. they have a good variety of boba too.
i built my own bowl with salmon, edamame and more while my companion got the hunt valley classic with salmon and tuna. my bowl with 3 portions of fish was very generous, although i think there should have been more sauce. the fish was very good and not fishy at all. the hunt valley bowl was good too.
we also tried the popcorn chicken which was fried and seasoned to perfection! for drinks, we got a brown sugar milk tea and matcha milk tea. the brown sugar milk tea was more fragrant than i thought, and the matcha milk tea was good too.
we really enjoyed our experience dining at poke one and will be back!
best bang for your buck on south grand in my eyes

Superb poké bowls created and served by a family of kind and friendly folks. The food will not disappoint—make your own combo or go with the menu items. I had the Hunt Valley bowl. Dining companion created her own that had some spice to it. We were both very impressed.

Delicious!!! Be careful around drivers on grand and arsenal (they really don’t care if you eat a great meal, but I do).

My wife and I swung through to grab a poke bowl for a cardinals game, and it was a GREAT choice. One of, if not the best, bowls we have ever gotten. We got the spicy tuna one protein bowl. We hope to return in the future we come back to STL!

Great fresh food at a good price. Debated doing a heavy greasy dinner and went here instead. Great choice. It's fresh, colorful and well made food. I had the chicken tempura in a bowl and honestly thought about how good it was later in the night. I felt good after eating it and will leave room for ice cream or Boba next time. Cute decor.
