Things seem to be getting better than they used to be. They had everything that I requested.

Placed an online order. Get to restaurant and the doors are locked. See the manager he say they're working. So he goes to the drive thru window retrieve my order. Checked the order food missing no condiments. Go to the drive thru window asked for condiments the guy immediately went for the condiments trying to past them to me before (I could include the missing chicken) without a bag asked for one he repeated what I said. My mistake I spoke out loud it should be common sense (he got offended) and reduced the number of condiments so I was scare to request the missing chicken. I called the corporate ph # no live person to speak to only a chat bot. I have patronage this location since it opened in the mid 1980s and popeyes especially this location is not even 10% of what it used to be

I usually don’t have an issue with this location but today did it. My daughter had gotten the spicy wingette meal she ate the chicken but once she got to the 4th piece she noticed it wasn’t done all the way. I give this type of review because of how long the wait was over an hour wait and the chicken not even cooked properly

They need to close this location. You can NEVER get your correct order, nor do you get utensils, sauce, or napkins. The food is never hot. Then if you order it Uber or DoorDash you have to worry about NOT getting your food. Like, what are they there for? If I could give this store a zero star, I would.

The cashier was super sweet however had to wait 20 mins to place an order and then another 40 mins to get the food. It was only a 2 person order... There parking lot was horrible.

I would have awarded 5 stars, however, the drummettes for the bone-in wings, which are my preference, were somewhat small and lacked the sweet and spicy sauce, even after shaking the container, my wings still were not thoroughly coated disappointed. I will say my wings were hot and fresh.

The drive-through attendant turned her nose up at me when I asked for extra condiment. The eyes can’t hide with the lip won’t say!!! All she had to do is say please and thank you.

Best Popeyes in Stl… Hot fresh food,GREAT customer service, fast and friendly with Ms.Shalena making sure her customers are taking care of….. please if yiu want great service along with great food you need to visit Ms.Shalena… Hope I spelled her name correctly…She works nights most of the time …

The store manger shalena was helpful and had good customer service with me I felt welcome from the moment I walked thru the door for once coming to Popeyes I haven’t had a bad experience good job tooo her !!!
