5 people working in the store, well 5 people on the clock, 1 working washing ditches and 1 cleaning the floor, 1 walking around being pretty and the other 2 eating in the back while I’ve been waiting for 30 mins to get my order. Btw is just 2 sandwiches.

waited 25 minutes outside for take out order. Went inside to get food and was ignored while they filled door dash orders. So mad that i left. Popeye's basically stole from me. No complaint phone number. DO NOT go here!

No line at Drive-thru: Old, dry chicken and tenders. Received cold fries instead of rice and beans, out of coke, and Diet Coke…just bad and sad. Won’t be going back.
Whenever k have to DoorDash here I dread it. The staff is so rude!!! I have only doordashed here three times. The first time it took them an hour and 15 minutes to bring out the order and the only reason I stayed was because they kept assuring me that there was only gonna be a couple more minutes. The second time it took them 35 minutes to bring out the order and today it took them 30 minutes to bring out the order. This is absolutely ridiculous. They should shut down the whole building.

Service varies depending on staff. Today was horrible. Upon arrival for my Grubhub delivery order they hadn't even started working the ticket. When employee asked coworker if they had my ticket, I pointed out there was a ticket hanging on their rack. She rudely replied "don't tell me what to do, I know how to do my job." I replied I was only trying to help her locate a potential missing ticket. She told me to leave and cancel the order. I reported all issues HONESTLY to Grubhub support. I told myself over a year ago I'd never go there again, but have. NEVER AGAIN!!
The staff constantly changes, unfortunately which means no consistency with the restaurant. The food is good, but it seems chicken is getting smaller in size. For the price, it needs to get back to regular size for the price. Still my go-to when I need a quick dinner.

Super Bowl Sunday. Long line. Lots of tickets and nobody seemed to be working together. I ordered 24 wings, I got 18. There was a customer going back and forth with an employee basically one-upping each other. Just nonsense and the customer was in the wrong but I had to listen to this the whole time I was in line. The employee helping me had at least 2-inch fingernails. She was working the cash register and packaging up food. There were multiple people working but they were not working together and I really felt bad for everyone. I will not go back.

I was !!in line in the drive thru for 30 minutes just to have my order incorrect.
I ordered two cane dine for $10.99 and mashed potatoes gravy/cole slaw .
I received red beans and rice!

Waited 20 mins in the drive through and never even got greeted. But I ordered through the app and already paid (highly recommend you don't do this. I won't be anymore) so I pulled out of line and went inside where it took another 10 mins to get my food and when I did I didn't get my drink and had to wait another 10 mins to get a cup as the staff were ignoring us all and avoiding eye contact! Until I spoke up and with a horrible attitude she gave me my drink THAT I PAID FOR. I also never got my ranch but didn't feel like waiting another 15 mins for it so I left. Save your money and go somewhere that has an ounce of customer service

Food was good and right..but long wait because of door dash.. ordered inside..The manager on duty worked very hard and fast..hats off to him...4.00 in the afternoon on a Monday..seems like one more person to help would have been very helpful..
