II went to popeye's and I thought, yeah, that I could get a good good chicken, tender meal for a decent price. And unfortunately, I almost walked out and did not in order, because the price was so high. I would not recommend this place to eat unless you don't care how much money you spend and you don't care about the quality of the food. It was not fresh.

Stepping into this Popeyes was like entering a social experiment to see how far customer service can fall before someone calls for help. The staff looked like they were one “can I get some sauce?” away from quitting on the spot. I ordered chicken, but I think they gave me something that lost a fight with a microwave and its will to live.

The food was colder than the cashier’s stare, and the biscuit? A brick of despair. Pretty sure the training program here is just a YouTube playlist called “How Not to Care in 10 Easy Steps”.

If you enjoy long waits, bad attitudes, and food that tastes like sadness, congrats… you’ve found your culinary rock bottom.

Second bad experience. First time, we waited for about 30 mins and just thought “wow they must be busy”. Second time, it’s a Friday morning at like 11AM, there’s only two cars in the drive thru. We waited for an hour before speaking to anyone, and they asked us to wait. After waiting for 10 mins at the drive thru, we finally gave up. As we drove past the window, the guy with the mic was standing there on his phone. Idk what the deal was, I don’t care how serious it was, if there’s a legit reason for us to wait, tell us what it is. If not, then this is even more frustrating. Inexcusable.

They were understaffed but still pulled through. A little bit of a wait but the crew leader made it happen and was very apologetic. Ill definitely be back!

So I go into this store on Telegraph and it started one way and then ended an entirely different way. I was riding the bus after a day at the doctor's office. I didn't feel like cooking and I went in. Walked in and there are about 5 employees but no chicken outside of maybe 8 pieces. Long story short. I ended up missing my bus back and had to wait. Was told by manager I was ear hustling when I asked for my money back and the manager asked why. I began telling her why and she was nice nasty. How can you ear hustle when you're sitting inside the store and the employees are so loud you can hear them in the lobby. I am filling a BBB complaint and reaching out to the AG. And their corporate offices

The black cashier was very helpful and gave me a small sample of the ghost pepper wings to see if they were too hot for me and I bought them! (

They tell me they're out of fries. Offer a different side. They're out of that side too. Then they don't give me the chicken in my bag. Have to drive back and they try to say I didn't order what I ordered. This popeyes is ALWAYS slow and out of everything. You'd think they'd at least get the order right.
