Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

This is genuinely the worst Popeyes experience I have ever had in my whole life. They messed up my whole order and my drink was completely watered down. I ordered normal chicken tenders and they made them spicy and only gave me three I ordered six they messed up my mashed potatoes by adding extra gravy that I did not order for and they only gave me one biscuit. It should’ve came with two I would not recommend ordering here at all.

“I visited this location recently after moving to the area. Although the drive-thru was empty when I arrived, no one responded at the speaker, so I pulled up to the window. The young man working was assisting another customer but politely asked for a moment. He was very professional and explained that my food was being prepared fresh, so I’d need to wait a few minutes. I didn’t mind the wait at all since I prefer my food hot! My order was brought out to me promptly, and everything was great. I really appreciate the excellent service and fresh food.”
the staff was incredibly professional and polite. I’d much rather wait for hot food than receive it cold.

If I could rate this place a zero I would. Went there and ordered 2 combo’s with drinks and they gave us our drinks then asked us to drive around the person in front of us and park in the front of the building. We waited for about 20 minutes before someone came out and asked if we ordered something and then asked what it was that we ordered. I can’t make this stuff up so after waiting all this time we decided to just get a refund well that took 15 more minutes and then they say that they were out of chicken even though you can clearly see that they still had chicken right in front of you. Don’t waste your time stopping here, clearly they don’t have any idea what they are doing.

Received the wrong order but called and the very nice manager said to come back and get the food another time for free and that’s what we did and they were very nice and food was hot and fresh!

The girl on the drive thru speaker had a very nasty attitude and the workers are very rude

They tell me they're out of fries. Offer a different side. They're out of that side too. Then they don't give me the chicken in my bag. Have to drive back and they try to say I didn't order what I ordered. This popeyes is ALWAYS slow and out of everything. You'd think they'd at least get the order right.

It would be nice to give cero stars to this place. Rude people with no maners and even tho I ordered online they didn't have the order ready. Waiting for them to bring it to the car but never happened. Had to wait inside for the guy to say that they didn't have the order the way I was asking for. Make yourself a favor don't come to this place. Not ever coming back.

3 stars is way too generous. I placed my order ahead of time. I got to the window and was friendly, was told to pull forward. I waited 15 minutes and finally went inside. The man running the counter didn't say anything to me. Then finally told me he didn't have the chicken I ordered. When I asked for a refund I added at the drive thru it took her another 5 minutes to get to the register. The staff made me uncomfortable. Please guys don't eat here. Save yourself the awkwardness, discomfort and your money. I've been to other restaurants that run smoothly with friendly staff. Go find those.

Have to change my review. My husband and I go there for the chicken and the sweet tea. The last few times my husband has gone there the wait has been awful. Tonight my husband was going to purchase for me the sweet tea because we like it so much. He was waiting in line to give them his order for 15 to 20 minutes. The person that was in front of home had waited 10 minutes then left. He stated that it looks like they completed one order at a time. Making the wait for fast food longer. This is the normal now there. Lots of playing around not doing there jobs. Suggesting watch your video of ypur employees and the drive thru times. Finally got my husband to go there again from having bad experernces from thr Butler Hill location. Now you all lost our buisnes again.

They just need to close this place, I’ve been here several times and get the same results,, which is horrible food that’s lukewarm and never hot. I love Popeyes so much and when it’s cooked fresh to order it’s the best chicken hands down. My wife straight up got sick from eating here on 2/16/26. Stay away from this south county location

Wow. I will never be back to this location after that service I received tonight. I downloaded the Popeyes app & placed my order ahead of time, thinking the workers would prepare my order before my arrival. I arrived a little under 15 minutes after my order was placed. I got to the screen, waited a good 5 minutes, no response. Eventually, the worker said “welcome to Popeyes,” and muted her mic. No other words were stated before I said that I had placed an order for (my name). She said “okay we’re not ready for it,” and then another voice got onto the mic and said “welcome have it done pull forward.” Already, I was confused but I got to the window and was told to wait and pull forward. She didn’t hand me my drink and actually forgot my drink. I waited a good 15-20 minutes while staff was laughing and talking inside around the dinning room area. The worker came out, rudely handed me my food & didn’t even apologize. I will be deleting the Popeyes app and never returning to this location. Popeyes, Do better.

2/6/2026 I come to pick up a doordash at 9pm and all the lights are out (intentionally) Finally after 10 minutes sitting in the drive thru they acknowledge I am here. They then accuse me of lying about the dash so I have to show it to 2 different employees. They immediately have me park in the lot where there are 4 other dashers who have been waiting for a long time. They then say we aren't making his food and to cancel his order. I never received my dash. Very shady place with AWFUL SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT! I definitely won't eat here myself and I will NEVER take another dash from here. A LOT of my friends are veterans and attend the VA next door as well as work there. I will make sure ALL OF THEM know the shady practices at this location. RUN FAST!!
