Ordered doordash from here... the bag was open, could've been them or dasher.. but forgot spoon for potatoes, and both chicken patties was RAW. I had to eat half of one of them... but one was so undercooked... I couldn't even bite it... and I can't get refund ... we gotta do better in 2025

Decided to watch the superbowl 59 with the 24 wings meal. Food was mostly good but the employee on duty decided to replace my Cajun fries with mashed potatoes and then wen t on to lie about not having any Cajun fries left.
Mind you, I picked this order myself, and the team could have informed me. But she wanted me to have mashed potatoes rather than fulfilling my order.
Team also left put one of the ghost wing fries.
Thanks to the manager on duty who made the other attendant change the potatoes for the fries.
It's Popeyes. What else is there to say?! Love the spicy chicken sandwich.

I was greeted with a warm and friendly staff and that’s the only positive thing I can say about my experience here. The meal we ordered was wrong. The chicken was drier than the Sahara desert. It was the worst meal I’ve ever had. Customer service was a joke. They wanted to give me a $15 coupon that I could only use if I download their app. They refused a refund, that’s fine. My credit card company took care of that for me. Don’t go here.
Talk about disappointing & horrible customer service is exactly what I experienced at this restaurant. Not certain exactly what I wanted switched order twice, female staff rudely stated this is the last time I’m gonna delete this order. Then had the nerve to hand me a cup with her fingers touching inside. When I requested another explaining why so this rude/disrespectful worker offered to refund monies paid. As another customer observed she shook her head in disbelief as I had to put this individual in her place not once but twice. B4 pulling off lot realized was over charged for order (4pc combo incl 2 sides & drink price 12.79) totaled at $17.20. But tried to convince me that I was not. A couple other staff attempting to co-sign with the coworker knowing this was not of proper behavior. To be funny had actually added an extra side of slaw that I did not ask for which looked gross and smelled sour! The poor etiquette of customer service & greasy/ disgusting food served since COVID is gonna continue to be reason to SHUT these restaurants down‼️

I placed my order in the drive-thru. The cashier answered promptly. My original order was the three piece Blackened Tenders meal. I was informed, they did not have Blackened Tenders. I modified my order for the three wings meal (mild), mashed potatoes and a sprite, my meal was around $11.59. I pulled up at the window and sat there, 20 minutes went by before the cashier acknowledged me. There was one car one the lot besides mines and no customers were in the lobby. When, the cashier approached the window, she repeated an order, that wasn't mines, when she was informed of this, she had an attitude. Unbelievable. However, when she delivered my food my order was correct, I had more than enough condiments, napkins and my food was hot, I mean fresh out the grease hot. The Blackened Tenders, are a must have, try them on your next visit.

The workers look like they just woke up. Long hair and no hair nets. Workers collect money then fix your food with no gloves. During dinner time often run out of chicken or not available.
