Bad employee not listening to doordashers they don’t know how to talk there is one lady on window very bad worst experience ever

This location smell like sewer chicken is never ready they only take exact change no cards product is never available like shrimp and fish sandwiches employees are never dressed in uniform I have gave them multiple chances but it's a let down every time

Terrible....long wait in drive thru

Most incompetent workers.If you order online and pay online what difference does it make if you pickup in Drive Thru or inside. They make you come inside. Very rude and inconvenient. I don't know which Yard Bird location is worst.KFC on Jennings Station Rd.Popeys on Halls Ferry or Church's on New Halls Ferry.Need to retrain all of them.

No stars the worst location in the entire world. No one could take my order there were 3 ladies including the manager and they couldn’t help at the drive thru. They forcefully want every one to get off just to make them wait eternally. Never NEVER again

The girls were more interested in their phones and gossip than the customers or making orders. Absolute disrespectful crew. Already reported to corporate and doordash.

Order number #2780 My order was incorrect as many people there where when I walked in nothing should be wrong I would like an complete refund on my order this location should be shut down chicken tastes old biscuits was old nothing was fresh but there where a lot of workers maybe 7 just standing around on phones didn't get the correct drink also just horrible people running this location.

my food was not ready they gave me old dry chicken strips they were out of fries they were out of different types of sodas and my mashed potatoes is cold and then when the employees or the manager had their boyfriend there and they was feeding them. workers playing around didn't drop fresh food. This place needs to be closed down they never be on point

One of if not the worst Popeyes in the city. They’re always out of product, don’t have change, have a 15-20 min wait on chicken. All the excuses to not have to work I guess. Doesn’t matter if I do a pickup order or delivery there’s always an issue and the order is almost never right
