Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I was very disappointed to drive all the way to this location in the location was closed this was the first that I heard that the location close however it did say that it will open back up after remodeling but it did not say when on the door it was a notice of order to vacate so I am unsure if this place will even open back up again I did visit the one in on Chambers Road

"Best courtesy, fingerlicking, food or place I could eat at. I was a regular customer, so sorry to see it closed."

Popeyes on page is horrible. I'm first in line and it took forever for someone to acknowledge me. Then on top of that every one has a bad attitude. Then on top of that it took all day to get my food. Workers on the phone cracking jokes while people wait. I was on lunch break.

Not only was it closed with a sign that says building is vacant but there was a giant dead beaver in the drive thru. I've never seen one up close. Dear god was it huge. I wish I took a picture. If anyone drives by it snap a picture of the dead beaver.

Once again I made the mistake of eating Popeyes outside of New Orleans. For some reason a running theme to hot chicken here includes cinnamon of all the flavors. The chicken was fresh but the batter and flavor was completely different from what I am used to in New Orleans. The red beans were similar to what I normally get but the chicken was plain awful.

Traveling through St. Louis for a family reunion. We decided on eating our ole faithful. The service here was terrible. Chicken tasted old as if it was fried in year old grease. The dining area was very very bad. No one would want to sit and eat there. Workers were having a very PRIVATE conversation that should not have been publicized. Let's just say this is the first Popeye's we have been to that was bad and that speaks volume. I would never eat here again.

I pulled up to the drive thru and the lady said, through the speaker, "Take a look at the board and order at the window." I repeated what she said in question form to make sure I heard her right. She said, "Yes." Its beyond me why I couldn't just place my order through the speaker. I could clearly hear her and she could clearly hear me. Since there were 7 cars in front of me waiting to place their orders, wait for the staff to cook it, pay, and then get their food, I decided not to eat there.

Don't plan to eat here if you'd like all of your food/a correct order/a modicum of respect as a human being. Terrible staff who have no idea what they're doing, but whatever it is they're doing in there they make sure it's as slow as possible. Awful.

Horrible place! Order completely screwed up! Plus if your Hispanic or white don't come here to eat. Unbelievable attitude from drive thru cashier! She yelled at my husband and I over our order and it was still wrong when we got it. She basically tossed the bag at us though the window. No customer appreciation there! Bad customer service! We won't be back..

Hands down the worst Popeyes location I've ever been too. No matter what time I go or how big or little my order I have to pull forward and wait an incredibly long time. I don't think they have ever gotten my order correct, food is always missing, employees have terrible attitudes.

I'll admit that I don't come here often but I always leave empty handed. I'll see something I might like advertised on TV and head to this location, its closest to my home. When I get there they don't have it. Even though there are signs, even a new flashy one inside that is advertising the item as well. I won't be back unfortunately because it's not worth the headache & disappointment

Don't go to this one after 7pm...the only thing they got right on my order was the mashed potatoes! Chicken was not spicy and the greenbeans tasted like they added bug spray! All for $10 ...never again.

Extremely friendly staff, quick service and hot, fresh food. I will be back. This is a well run fast food establishment.

Extremely slow service. One person working the drive-thru & lobby. Left without ordering & went somewhere else to eat.

These people are idiots. They don't do what you ask and the manager has an attitude. Go to Rio's or Rib Shack instead. They respect their customers.
