Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

We traveled 54 miles one way only to have half our order missing. We didn’t realize this till we got back home. It was my husbands birthday and Popeyes is his favorite chicken place. When I called the store I was told I had to go online for a refund. I asked to speak to a manager and the man said “that’s me”. I asked him to wait while I went in the app to do the refund to make sure I was doing it correctly. He responded “I don’t have time for this” and hung up on me. I did get it it figured out on my own and they are in the process of refunding the missing food. But the attitude of the “manager” is why I’m giving this place one star. If there was an option for no stars it would be that. So the issue is being resolved but their manager either needs extra customer service training or needs disciplinary action taken against him. We will not be back to that location. We will drive further next year on my husbands birthday in order to get treated better.

I lived in Louisiana for 17 years. POPEYES Was always the best fast food chicken anywhere. After I came back to Missouri, I was pumped when they built one here. And it was always worth the trip to get that great taste. I haven't been there for awhile, but this place has went to hell. I spent $60 on food. Got it home,and ohhh man. It all went in the trash. Unless they change, I will never go back. I hope someone from POPEYES home office sees this.

came here after work at like 10 pm, long day of classes and work, stomach cramps, and fried chicken cravings. I am being serious when i say i have not had a better fast food fried chicken sandwich in my life, i worked at chick fil a for several months. i dont even write reviews much but i need whoever made my sandwich to know that they found perfection. it was perfectly crispy in like a flaky way, it was very juicy (i got it with the blackened ranch) i dont even know what else to say besides this sandwich almost had me in tears. thank you.

the apple cranberry tea is good also

Edit #2: back again on super bowl day, I ordered an eight-piece chicken bundle. I had to wait about 15 minutes for regular fried chicken. I'm not complaining because what's not to love about fresh hand breaded chicken!

Edit: placed a mobile order today (super bowl day). I took advantage of the 6 free wings offer. Got to window to pick up my order and was told no wings. Nobody took them out of the freezer in time. They resolved the situation and I am happy.

They got rid of my favorite side menu item, Green beans.

Went to popeye yesterday to eat after the car show . We dine in and had 4 people with us.When we ordered the 2 piece chicken meal mashed potatoes ,and Green Beans they were out of greenbeans I said cold Slaw they were out of that too. I Ask them what do you have they said macaroni and cheese, well, give us that then . They were out of stuff did not even have napkins.The guy said that they would'nt deliver to them because there parking lot was not cleared off. It was not cleared off It had a lot of snow and ice covered.Our chicken was cold. The macaroni cheese was dried up on the bottom hard. The mashed potatoes was not warm The biscuit was dried out .Called the manager this morning to replace my order.The lady had an attitude when she says well, only replace what you say was bad.I said it was all bad and it was.She only gives us one side to our orders.When we had two sides we've should gotten replaced for. There was some young kids trying to put their trash in the trash.Can it was over full today?It was just nasty. We won't be coming back there.

Would’ve been better had I not made it all the way home before realizing they forgot the fries. If they were cheap McDonald’s fries then I wouldn’t have been bothered. Other than that, everything was good and came out quickly.

The food was hot and delicious the only problem I had is I ordered a four piece dark snack and when I got home I had a piece of breast meat in the Box I was very displeased and unhappy. But the other three pieces were pretty good and the side dish could have had more red beans and rice in it.

I had a chicken sandwich, and it was good. The fries were sort of soggy. The coleslaw was a little bland. There were no napkins in the entire restaurant, they were folding paper towels and handing them to customers instead. This was my first trip to a Popeye's location, probably my last. It wasn't that it was terrible, it just wasn't very good.

I visit this store pretty regularly, the food is good, but there’s almost always an issue with the order.

I had an issue with an order. Clenny made it right. I really appreciate when people take the time.. her and her team did and were in good spirits on the New Years Eve.

Got very small pieces of chicken and the sides were extra small too I was hungry still after eating here
