Had the chicken sandwich and biscuits sooooo good!!!

Last place I know of for fried apple pie
Service was abhorrent. Workers were cussing inside while me and my three kids were waiting for our food. Most the employees were smoking out front while two workers inside were running around doing everything BUT making my order. My husband was ignored when asking for help and the gentleman in the back making the chicken were complaining. One was wiping his nose while preparing my food and I was honestly disappointed and repulsed with the service and lack of attention. I will never be coming to this location again.

Absolutely deplorable. The staff were atrocious and inconsiderate, they left me waiting on a chicken sandwich for damn near a decade. Not to mention, this whole place reaks of apathy. I saw a male employee talk about one of the female workers in the most disgusting way, going into graphic detail on what he wants to do to her (the man looked to be in his late 20s). It made me lose my appetite, never going here again. The food isn't bad though.

Nothing like paying for a full meal and receiving only half of what I ordered. I didn’t get the Five Nights at Freddy’s cups, the box, or the cupcake and at no point was I informed these items were unavailable or out of stock. The sauces and sizes we specifically requested were also missing. This level of service is unacceptable. Don’t waste your time here. If you want quality and accuracy, go to Raising Cane’s or KFC instead.

Place a drive thru order you lady was extremely rude while taking my order as well as when I arrived to the window, I asked for extra hot sauce she refused to acknowledge my request , then asked that I pull. Over to wait for my food , I asked again for hot sauce she be cane irritated still no response just said mmmhhhmm she then brought my food to my car missing my jalapeños I had to go into the restaurant to get them, when I seen her I said I don't get then she turned her back to me and said to an employee that I don't order them , I offered to get my receipt and a manager stepped in and pulled my reciept showing I purchased them , I then complained about the you lady and she offered me a dessert I declined because it's not about free things it's about being treated with respect where i spend my money anyway I got home chicken was spicy and I requested regular , horrible horrible experience get that young lady out of there, creating horrible experiences for customers, treat customers with respect no matter how your day is going , if you can't do that then maybe that's not the job for you young lady was heavy set curly pony tail with light green jacket with a food stain right at the front of it. Very unprofessional very immature very childish needs core customer service training.
I visited this Popeyes location hoping for a quick and enjoyable meal, but the experience was unfortunately one of the poorest I’ve had at any fast-food establishment.
Upon arriving, I immediately noticed an employee in uniform smoking marijuana outside the restaurant, in close proximity to the entrance and drive-thru window. The odor was strong and entered the dining area each time the door opened.

This is the most disorganized and poorly managed Popeyes I have ever been to. Waited 45min to get our food and still didn't get all of our food.

Food was standard, normal fast food good. The service was not good, as we were ignored for the first 7 minutes. The person packed meals for the drive thru, walking past us several times without acknowledging us in any way... even talking to delivery and carry out folks while ignoring us! I'd go back though, because fast food is often this way.

Went to this location (first mistake) one of the worst ran Popeyes in the country and I have been to alot of them, never received any of my sauces (that I paid $$ for) got the combo deal were you get to pick 4 separate Items, only received 3 items missing 2 whole pieces of chicken, pre ordered 20 minutes on the app, and was made to park my car and wait another 25 minutes for my luke warm food, I will never spend a penny again, I am done done.

My fiancé and I went to this store on Butler Hill Road to treat ourselves to some very unhealthy but delicious fast food this evening. The crew that you have working your store or an absolute mess! I decided we should go into order since there was a line a mile long at the drive-through. We figured it’d be a little quicker. that was, however, incorrect! We waited for extremely too long while most of them had no idea of what it means to work like there’s a fire in your pants! Everyone’s walking around like they were unsure of what they were doing while another ones sat on their phone texting. I had the girl who took our order. Come back five minutes later to ask me what I was waiting for. Forgot half of my order, and when I asked for my cup for soda, she asked me if I paid for a soda? I had to show my receipt! If I could’ve given zero stars I would have and I will definitely although I love Popeyes food never be back to that establishment again! You all need a mature adult manager at that establishment!

There was this one girl she were just talking to herself I dont want to do this big order and I shouldn't be doing this. The big order was my order so I waited for a long time because she was doing the small order that came after my order. if you that lazy to work stay home please
