Could stand room for improvement. Place needs cleaning. Lots of dead bugs in the window ledge. Wasn't hardly anyone there and food took longer than it should have. My order was messed up so I waited on my food to be replaced. After waiting longer than it should have taken, I asked if it was ready and was told sorry they forgot. Finally I got the food and the chicken didn't look like it was done.

I've been coming here for like 5 years, and the food is usually really good, but I almost never get my sauces. I asked for blackened ranch twice today, got sassed about how they heard me the first time, and still didn't give me any sauce. I don't have this difficulty with other St. Louis locations

Food was standard, normal fast food good. The service was not good, as we were ignored for the first 7 minutes. The person packed meals for the drive thru, walking past us several times without acknowledging us in any way... even talking to delivery and carry out folks while ignoring us! I'd go back though, because fast food is often this way.
