Ordered food today Philly no onions and add nachos cheese. They add onions anyway and when say something tell us would have to pay for another order because they messed up. NEVER coming here again and been going for years. BYE!!!

Catfish fillets was not cooked properly, called to explain what was wrong with the order, the only thing they did was added another piece of fish and returned the original platter

I ordered a catfish nugget/4 jumbo shrimp combo plate and T-bone steak dinner. T-bone steak meal looked fine, but the catfish nugget/shrimp combo was nothing but a kids meal. There were 6 nuggets, 7 with a clump of breading.
I called and was told it was the chef (who got on the phone with the same excuse) about it was a hand full of nuggets given. I have gone to this place over the years and have never experienced anything like this. Piss poor excuse and meal!!! Never again will I patronize them location.

Customer service is trash , the person taking the order mad at me cause I’m calling him out on his BS . First issue was I changed my order from grilled chicken to grilled steak , he said they already started cooking it when I called back in to state I Dnt want grilled chicken but steak , this is literally 3 minutes with me calling back for my mistake for saying grilled chicken , but at first the customer service response he gave as in oh well , cause it’s already being cooked , so he bribed m me like please dnt cancel the cook already mad from mistakes of other orders . ACCOUNTABILITY OWN UP TO THAT for saying grilled chicken instead of grilled steak .Me trying to support cause I could have easily went to any other restaurant with same food and probably much more better customer service .I Go in to pay and he give me a whole different amount than on the phone , smiled and smurked whole time I’m in the store as if they was on BULLSHIT . Left to go home which isn’t far to realize they didn’t fix order right , AS CHEESE IS NOT ON THE ITEMS WHICH I PAID EXTRA FOR , called to address the issue and he spoke over me and disconnected . CUSTOMER SERVICE PLAY A BIG PART ! LEARN THAT ESPECIALLY IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD!

I was in the area and I was wanting something to eat so I stopped in at Pop's Grill, Fish & Chicken, I just want to say that they have definitely got the best philly cheesesteak sandwiches that I have eaten! I got the small and it's going to take me two sittings to finish it! The fries are absolutely delicious they're crispy and well seasoned! And the price was outstanding for what I received. Just to say as long as I'm in this area I will be back to try more of your menu!

Food used to be good. Now the chicken always taste like fish.

They have some really good fish and chicken seasoned well! I also love the Dorito nachos 😋
