Overall a go place to go for quick bite.. just get tired of lack of accuracy.. and sometimes food is bland..

Will not order from this location again. Had my order repeated back to me over the phone and it was still wrong when I got there. Had to place order for what was missing when I got there and was told it’ll be 10 minutes turn out to be 20 minutes. The cook in the back knew I was upset though I wasn’t being disrespectful he just kept staring at me. I asked for pickles and onions for the 3 fish plates that I order and they ball the pickles and onions up in aluminum foil. Food was ok fish was not crispy per my request. I’m good this location will not get $60 from me again.

I forgot my sodas that come with combos and they had no problem letting me grab them when I came back. Got home to check my order and while I ordered catfish nuggets and wings I received chicken nuggets and wings. They were at closing time and still accommodated me by remaking my order due to the misunderstanding and was friendly about it. Food was hot and fresh so they’re ok in my book considering I don’t order out often and like to cook.

If it were possible, I would actually give the taste of my food and the service I received a negative score ????. I ordered the fully loaded baked potato on 5/23/2024. The picture shows what you would imagine for a baked potato to have: bit should’ve included crumbled bacon, bits, cheese, butter, and chives. The staff member was friendly, and I took my order home. Then I discovered that someone had thrown different ingredients in there, not bothering to communicate with me that they may have been out of the correct ingredients they didn’t care they just put whatever they wanted to together And gave me this mess instead.
I received what could be perceived as an equivalent to a Philly cheese steak-style baked potato. Not even as good as it sounds, and not at all what the photo showed. They use a cheap, flavorless thinly sliced cut of beef, green bell peppers, and lots of cheese. Even the sour cream packet they gave me was hot, and it literally exploded actually when I tried to open it. It was a disgusting mess. This was the first time I have ever been in this restaurant and unfortunately, it will definitely be the last time. I will never return here or at St. Louis Grill and Fish again, both restaurants which I suspect are owned by the same people. Obviously they don’t care, as long as they achieve the bottom line. This means that I don’t care to ever give them my money or business again.

The food here used to be great when they first open but every time I visit now it is horrible the fries are never fresh and the chicken look old and dark. It seems like they frying the food for the day and just letting it sit to you order it. The fries are always soft and not crunchy or crispy at all.
