I'm celiac, and when I say this was the BEST gluten free pizza I've ever had, maybe even the best pre-celiac pizza I've ever had, I MEAN IT! Wonderful experience with fluffy, soft pizza crust! Wow. Why this place isn’t PACKED right now amazes me. Folks, this is THE REAL DEAL. Everything—and I mean EVERYTHING—was beyond phenomenal.

We started with the Caprese salad, and it was the best that my husband has ever had , according to him. I was equally blown away by the freshness of the mozzarella and the perfect blend of flavors.

We then had the Ozark Forest mushroom pizza and the bucatini pasta for our entrée. Both were perfection.

BEST CAPRESE SALAD OF MY (CAPRESE-LADEN) LIFE! I work across the street and intend to come back again and again. Excellent service, wonderful food, lovely environment! A little pricey, but well worth it! Cannot wait to eat here again!
