I work at Gioia's Deli and we do wholesale for pretzel boys. Today was the first time I went into the store. It was clean. The staff was SO kind. They made my pretzel dogs right then and there and seriously... it is the best thing I've ate in a long time, I'm not joking. Props to your employees 👏 This 5 stars is for them!!!

This place is great. It's hard to find places anymore that are not just about increasing profit and cutting costs. As well as ones that have staff that love what they do and take pride in the work they are doing. This is a local business that has come far since opening. Which is my favorite and only place I go for pretzels. There pretzels are great and there jalapeños cheese is a one of a kind that I purposely always make sure there is extra. This is a great place to bring the family and atmosphere that is so rare to come by anymore. Recognition isn't given enough in these cases to the managers/owners I can definitely tell there is a great example being set here by people who worked hard to build a solid foundation for a great restaurant that plays a great role in the local community. Highly recommended, if you haven't yet, try them you won't be disappointed I'm sure. Gus's pretzels doesn't even come close.

Great spot to take kids. Staff are friendly and helpful when your hands are full with kids! Pretzels are fresh and warm!
Use to be loyal to another Saccicia, but this one is better in my opinion. Better meat to pretzel ratio. And the addition of salt is the topper. Now my favorite.

The restaurant has few spots to sit and eat. Customer service was quick. Don't get the brats wrapped in pretzel they same under cooked the hot dog is much better
