Pretzel Time

Horrible service. Rude employees.

Never enough product or no product and the staff is not customer service oriented. They are put out by working or smiling. I pass through this airport all the time and try to buy something each time. Many times there is nothing to buy. Probably because the staff does not want to work or when there is product the staff does not want to serve or smile. I never have this issue at the Vegas airport (great service oriented staff) or any other franchise.

Trying to catch a quick bite before my flight, and there is only one employee there at 5:30 am and nothing is ready and the rest of the staff did not arrive until 5:40, 5:52 was when they decided to get their station ready, but still no food was ready until 5:55am !

The gal taking orders was friendly. Told us to come back in 15 minutes for our 2 sweet almond pretzels. They had no pretzels at all. Went back in 15 minutes. The gal making the pretzels was there by herself. She ignored me approximately 5 minutes, finally came over and said “yeah”. I told her we were told to come back and get our pretzels. She replied “she tol me one” (I heard the other gal say 2) I told her I would take the one, she proceeded to throw things around and slam the cash register drawer. I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me. I do hope that management reads these reviews and trains their employees a bit better than this. And if nothing else reprimands this young lady so that she treats other customers with respect. I would like to say the gal with the boot on her foot was wonderful! 6:00 pm Saturday 7/7/18

Service sucked and had no pretzel 8 min wait at the airport ? Whatchu want , a #3 please ,we aint gots no pretzels it be 8 min u want somthing else , seriously!! i hit airport almost monthly its 50/50 never had good service and gotten exactly what i wanted
