Kind service, fun decor, made to order pretzel items. All these elements should go together to make an amazing experience but when you make some key mistakes it ruins it all.For example the brat pretzel took forever to make to order and when it arrived it was still cold/semi solid in the center. The pepperoni pizza pretzel pocket was mostly dough and much smaller than you would expect for the price. The cheese dip was ice cold and had the quality and flavor of extra thick cheese wiz.Great looking hidden mom & pop store where the food really needs to be better presented to even begin to be a competitor for places like Pretzel Boys and literally anywhere else.

Such a neat place, my daughter wanted to try this place out. So we did and did not disappoint, the size of the pretzel was a right size for her. Service was great and I think the owner helped us and was very kind. Such a cute layout

Had a quick visit to order pretzel bites for a special event and picked up some pretzels for lunch. Lunch was good, the pretzel surround was buttered fresh and lightly salted, bratwurst inside was moist and flavorful! They were very accommodating with our special order and had helpful ideas for the event. Stop on for a bite!

I ordered an Italian sausage wrapped in pretzel, it was over microwaved and delivered in a Styrofoam carton, sitting in so much grease, and it was so hot I couldn't eat it for the longest time...way over microwaved which rendered it way chewy! The second item I ordered were cinnamon sugar, pretzel bites at $4.99. These were delivered, barely microwaved with the tiniest amount of butter that made the small amount of cinnamon/ sugar barely stick to the bites but rather sit in the bottom of the carton, and not at all very warm pretzel bites at that! Needless to say, there was more sugar/cinnamon On the container bottom been on the bites ...not at all good for me! Overall for nearly $11 for a snack I would say this was probably the worst $11 I've spent in quite a while even considering today's current climate of poor quality and service. This was definitely a no for me.

I love trying lil Family owned businesses! Great Saturday afternoon snack after kids games. They offer a couple different type of pretzel styles. Pretzels were served warm and fresh. My only recommendation would be to NOT serve COLD cheese cups. I have never ordered pretzels before and given an "out the refrigerator" cold cupOf cheese. They have them already pre packed and they grab out the fridge. It just does not go or taste good. If in the area, I would try again.

I'm always a s***** for pretzels. If I see a fresh, hot sort pretzel I'm going to buy it. I stopped in here when I was nearby dropping off a suit to be tailored at another story in the strip mall next door. I didn't even know the place existed so it was a spur of the moment purchase. The service was fast, the pretzel was pretty cheap, and I enjoyed it quite a bit.

Delicious lunch special which is priced so reasonable, I don't know how they do it! It's a great meal which is ends with a chocolate chip cookie that's loaded with so many chips that every bite is like eating a chocolate bar surrounded by cookie dough. I ordered some nuggies, which are mini pretzel dogs. They make a great snack, but an even better kid size meal.

Went there for lunch for my little girl's birthday since it's right next to Grandma's Playroom and discovered they do custom orders for birthdays! They created an adorable T-Rex which everyone at the party loved. It was so tasty too! I was worried about reheating it, but they gave instructions and it turned out as delicious as if it were fresh. The amount of enjoyment I got from their pretzels is unmatched. 10 out of 10 recommend. I grubhubbed a buffalo chicken pretzelachee and a bratzel. I order things know to be on the safe side when trying a new place. The pretzel dough is amazing, buttery, the brat had that crisp exterior, with salt and I paired their cheddar cheese, the buffalo dip was typical but still delicious. Getting delivery can always be risky with how it tastes when it gets to you but it tasted as if they had just cooked it still! Will definitely be back.

If you love fresh hot pretzels as much as I do, then this place is a must. I opted for the pretzel dog...so yummy, all beef hot dog wrapped in fresh baked pretzel. Some mustard would have enhanced this pretzel delicacy, but, really it was delicious as served. The pretzelachees sound intriguing, will definitely return to sample those. They also offer some sweet treats and custom order pretzels. Bonus...when you check in on YELP, you can save 10% on your order. I was impressed with the cleanliness of this establishment and the friendly service. Great place for a fresh hot snack or lunch, or to pickup treats for work.
