A little dated .. but the food service is great ! Inside of the Hilton Hotel

Visited St. Louis and stayed at the Hilton. We had breakfast at The Provinces restaurant and breakfast was delicious ordered the create your own omelette mushroom, green onion and Swiss $15 -- very good. Derek was our server and he was excellent. Ambience was nice and welcoming.

Nice restaurant in the Hilton. Staff was excellent, I recognize them from years of staying in this hotel. Great service!!

Everything was wonderful. We dined for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. It was quiet and classy. The Ribeye was a nice size and delicious. The Sweet Potato Has I could eat all day. The salmon was a little bland for me but still good. The atmosphere and service were a delight.

Really loud atmosphere

Customer service is not pleasant, not attentive, and rude

Food is not good at all other than the pizza and green beans…

The ravioli…could’ve fooled me, they were more like crunchy PIZZA POCKETS!

DO NOT ORDER the ribs, always burnt, hard, barely any for $27, LITERALLY WALK ACROSS THE STREET TO Bricktop’s and get their ribs for $30 (WAY BETTER SERVICE/QUALITY/ATMOSPHERE… the meat falls off the bones easily and is 10/10) point of story, I’d rather eat anywhere else…

Room service is available but their QR code doesn’t allow you to order online… they didn’t pick up their phone for a while, called multiple times.

I stayed here for a week and this is where the hotel breakfast is. When I return to St. Louis I will probably stay here again because of the service in the restaurant. Niecey was the highlight of every morning

Flies were everywhere on one side and the other side was freezing cold, fries were heavily salted, burger dry and tasteless

To clarify, the waitress was great. The restaurant manager was rude, off-putting, and disinviting. It was about 40% full and my friend and I had already ordered and were waiting on drinks and food. The manager came out abruptly and told us we were not allowed to play a game of phase10 while we waited and put them away immediately.
The waitress apologized and said the reason they said that was due to some bridge players in the area loitering. But this was not the case as we had already ordered and were killing time until the food arrived. Especially on a less than half full dining room.
Will not be returning to this restaurant for the way the manager handled this

We knew it was attached to the Hilton, but kind of expected something different. It wasn’t terrible, but not an atmosphere people look for.

Staff were great. Bartender was able to get me cucumber for my Hendricks. French onion soup tasty. Atmosphere is dated as is the hotel.

The server/bartender was good. The food she served, however, was not good at all.

It was empty with good reason it seems. I got there before my lunch date and the server literally dropped the many on the table with a glass of water and quickly walked away without asking for a drink order. Mind you, only 2 other men were at one of the tables. Didn't see her again for over 20 min. 2 other men came in. I said I hadn't seen anyone in 20 min. I went and yelled into the kitchen and no one responded. A couple minutes later she came out with the first tables food. Asked her if we could order at some point. She then went and took the drink order of the men who had just showed up. We left at that point.
