It’s heartbreaking to have learned of the accident that happened. But it doesn’t stop me from checking back every week to see if they’re up and running. Yes, I’m that fond of the sausage pizza here at PW. It is the best in the city - trust me on this! I’m craving it as I write this review - it’s a must try.
I'mma tell you like this I don't know what's going on with St Louis this is the most horrible place I ever ate in my life check out these pictures . Also my wife tried to call Jeffrey the manager and he hung up on her after she tried to explain the quality of the food please y'all don't waste y'all money St Louis we got to do better wow
Went in a week ago for pizza and beer and it was fantastic. We had take away yesterday since we are unpacking and it was so good. Saved half of it. Today, after picking up my pup from the vet, she was snoozing away the rest of her sedation but the smell of chicken calzone heating up in the microwave woke her up and got her to beg. She's leaning a little due to still coming out of sedation but she's demanding chicken calzone like normal. Two paws up for sure! ????
The service and atmosphere was great! The only complaints I have are about the pizza and the drinks. The soda and water tasted a bit off but the main issue was the buffalo chicken pizza. The chicken had that weird reheated taste to it and the buffalo sauce had zero flavor to it. The cheese and the crust were fabulous though! If I came back Id probably choose a different pizza.
PW Pizza is one of the restaurants in the immediate area that Paul and Wendy Hamilton own. The attention to detail with the food is exceptional. PW Pizza routinely runs special events, like pizza-and-beer pairings. Our party of four was seated quickly, and our server was equally swift to start us off. We opted for the pizza-and-beer dinner that night, getting two pizzas, customized to accommodate diet restrictions, and specially selected beers to compliment the appetizer, pizza courses, and dessert. The food, as always, was top-notch, and the service equally great. We all left well satisfied. Definitely recommend!
As soon as you walk in you are greeted by the friendliest staff. We were seated right away near the open kitchen where you can see them make your food. We were eating a late lunch and enjoyed pizza and sandwiches. Our waitress was fantastic and took care of everything. Even the staff that delivered our food was very nice and helpful. We are already looking forward to our next visit!
My 17 yo said "To be honest... hot, but quality. " Great atmosphere, great service. They have a gluten free crust option. They offer several different options of cheese. I would have given them five stars, except I have both gluten and dairy sensitivities, and the GF crust has cheese in it.
They gave my son a Dough ball to play with while we waited for our pizza, we ordered half Buffalo chicken and half cheese. Delicious pizza, friendly staff, fair price, and aesthetic atmosphere. 10/10
I actually ordered the food through 21st Street Brewers Bar, so haven't actually been in the restaurant itself. I got a chicken calzone and it's one of the best I've had. I could tell they used a good quality chicken and PLENTY of cheese. Will have to return for a pizza next time!
First time visit, well worth the trip! The BLT salad was fantastic and generously sized for being listed as small. The pizza was delicious and more than enough for two people at lunchtime. No disappointments here!

GREAT pizza and salad!! Service is very good. The prices are a little high, but you won't be disappointed. I have them cook my pizza extra crispy. Not burned, but crispy crust.
Great food! So delicious.
We have lost count of the Pizza and beer pairing dinners we’ve had here. Translation: great rotating list of craft beers and creative artisanal pizza served by a top notch staff!
Everyone was super nice and I loved the layout of the restraunt. now the calzone was great but the homemade marinara sauce was nothing that I have tasted before 10out10 and never heard of gooey butter bread it was a great dessert have to try it and don't forget to start with the pepperoni pin wheels.
We have eaten in the restaurant several times and have loved the 12” individual pizzas. Last night we decided to order four 12” pizzas via take out. The pizzas were very disappointing. They were all crust and very little topping. I would definitely not recommend CW Pizza for take out. Will not order take out there again.
