Marcy gave great customer service she made my bowl how I wanted it the restaurant it self was very immaculatant she had her hair covered up gloves on and was very polite and also her other team members were doing their thing as well far as keeping up the franchise and stocking everything was well stocked and she also was cleaning as she was making my bowl my experience was great I definitely left with a smile

Heavy on not coming back! Just left there after dealing with somebody who clearly did not want to be at work. I told the lady that this is my first time at this location or even at Qdoba ever. Everything wasn't fully prepared so I settled for what they did have. Girl didn't smile, every time I ask about certain things before her response gave a little huff and barely explain it as if I was bothering her. Tossed the bowl by register barely said my total and I had to ask her to speak up. She said my total (with an attitude) and snatched the receipt from the machine and asked me did I want it. Now why would I??? While she's ringing me out another customer address the same issue of of her rude demeanor and I honestly had to walk out and think about it why would I spend my money at a place where it feels like you making an order bothers them. Yes did I go back and get a refund and didn't even want the food. This whole experience like a bitter taste in my mouth I pray that nobody else experience that especially with it being their first time.

Simply awful. Last three times I’ve come here The burrito is basically soup in a tortilla. Ask then to drain the beans extra, no salsa. Still just a complete mess. That was my last time.
