I went there tonight for the very first time.
First and foremost the service was excellent!
The ladies greeted me with a very friendly demeanor. All of the staff was friendly and the food was fresh and good. It's always good to go somewhere where customer service is still a priority and the food is delicious! I'll definitely be coming back again! Best service I have had in years!!!!

Just wanted to get a message to the store that they put someone else's Uber at order into the GrubHub bag delivered to my house. Outside of the bag was labeled as only containing my order and stapled shut through the label so there's no way the driver could have known it was in there. UberDriver probably had to wait at the store waiting for order to be remade costing them money and their customers time. I got a free extra meal due to someone else's loss and don't feel good about it at all. Wanted to let the store know, but phone rang until someone picked up and hung up. Hope the store gets the help it needs

It’s Qdoba. This location is pretty well managed though, they are often short staffed but the staff they do have is always doing a good job. One of the few chain restaurants I will visit in the city if I need something quick.

Portions have shrunk every time I’ve been in and somehow it’s worse quality and higher prices. That is partly corporate but forgetting items out of online orders 3/3 times I’ve tried it is definitely specific to this store. I will not be returning.

I love QDOBA don’t get me wrong but since I’ve moved and have ordered DoorDash from this specific location my order is ALWAYS missing something or multiple things. Why is it that I’m paying money to get this food delivered and the workers clearly can’t even be bothered to read my order and make sure to put everything on it. I’m done with this location. My burrito is missing guac, pico, and queso. THREE main ingredients just not on my order? Laziness is what I call it. Do better

They so disrespectful with the delivery orders , yall should do the orders in order and not put delivery on the back burner! They are customers too! Maybe yall need a new team or something because that’s highly unacceptable!

Pretty good overall. I ordered online delivery and was unaware of how much they stuff them. My biggest complaint was one of the burritos was mostly rice and I don't think there was an option to add less of it. If you order a burrito, have a fork and knife ready.

Every time I come to this location , there’s always extreme attitude in the negative …management sucks here, they refuse to give you a cup of ice. If youve purchased a soda, they want you to pay three dollars for a cup after you paid $3.75 for a bottle of soda terrible customer service , if I’m paying $18 for a meal I should be able to get a cup. It felt like I was arguing on the street corner when I asked for a cup of ice … utterly ridiculous. I asked for a refund and she said she was not authorized to do so, but she was clearly a manager. I would never come back to this location.

For what I got, which was a burrito bowl, it was nothing special. No corn salsa, no sour cream and still paid $18 and change. I thought they'd be better than Chipotle, until they pulled a chipotle on me. Going forward I'm just patronizing Mexican restaurants if I want something similar. No need to pay that kind of money when for a few dollars more you can truly get a Mexican dish you're satisfied with.

First I received the wrong food order. Ordered the shrimp bowl and noticed that it was pieces of steak and chicken in it smh. The staff was somewhat accommodating. The restaurant was not clean. Not my favorite experience and won’t be going back.
