The husky shaped dude with the curly hair is absolutely on one. I’ve already had a few encounters with him, and he always seems like he’s high, and then he gets very hostile and defensive when he knows he doesn’t know what the hell he’s even talking about. Dude trippin. Bad location. You can’t get mad at a customer when your coworker is blasting music and then expect to hear the customer when they’re talking. Common sense.

Did a mobile order came to pick up my food and they told me I already picked it up. Ask for my money back told me to write down my name and number because they couldn't do it. So they said they would remake my good I sat at the table to wait and they made my order wrong. Just put anything together. I will never go there again unprofessional and I want my money back.

Qdoba on Grand in south city Mo has the worst customer service. I came in one hour before closing and stood in front of the counter in silence while a second person took water temp. (ok) for about 5 minutes. finally the young girl asked what she could get started for me. I asked for a quesadilla and she said "we are done making quesadilla for the night" while leaning and talking over the food. Ok, I don't go for the ambiance, the tables and floor are sticky, The customer service is ghetto every single time unless you're a certain type of guest, and in order to get a decent amount of food you need to take the guys phone number when he gives it to you. sad

This is the 2nd time this place has completely messed up my order. The first time, I ordered nachos and they failed to include chips. They only gave the toppings. Now, I ordered crispy tacos. The corn tortillas were not even slightly warm. They were cold, floppy, and completely fell apart when I tried to eat them. Never eating here again.
