I go to this location a lot and everytime I go it is always a great experience and the food is amazing. The staff is always really helpful and nice. Alisha one of the staff members is always welcoming and friendly. I recommend this location above all others. Definitely a five star!

It’s 4:51 just went into this area the general manager Shawn he stay called me and my children really bad names I asked for double n he ask can I afford it than stated u can leave u couldn’t afford the meal anyways I asked for a manager he stated he is the general manager and seem under the influence and stated YOU PEOPLE ALWAYS COMING IN WITH THESE ATTITUDES I WORK A GREAT JOB IM ALSO A SUPERVISOR AT MY JOB AND NO THATS NOT HOW U SUPPOSED TO APPROACH A CUSTOMER IT WAS EMBARRASSING RUDE AND BEING CALLED YOU PEOPLE IN FRONT OF MY CHILDREN WAS SO SAD TO ME

Continuously mess up my orders. The old general manager, Wendy, was very awesome super professional at fixing issues. However, today, The manager on duty August 24 at 5:10 PM was extremely rude and unprofessional to me when half of my $58 order was missing. Saying, In a very nasty tone, “ Ma’am You’re ONLY missing one meal” only????? Was not apologetic or accommodating in any manner, , would not take accountability, Gave me a half filled soda, 1/4 of a container full of guacamole Just terrible service all around
I typically order once a week, but due to the repeated poor service. Disgusting unprofessional attitudes, I cant.

Walked in to order my dinner to go - place was completely empty. Three workers behind the counter who all ignored me for the five minutes I stood there waiting to be served. Not even a greeting - so awkward. Then my husband suggested that we leave so we started for the door. One of the workers then rudely yelled out as I was walking out of the door “I WAS GONNA HELP YALL”. First off - dont yell at me, second off, I’m not a mind reader so how on earth would I have known that you would have done what you’re paid to do which is serve food even though you stood there looking miserable instead of doing YOUR LITERAL JOB. Girl bye- I’ll take my business somewhere else.

Chippewa is hands down the best Qdoba restaurant I've been to. I have come in each week, whether it be once or three times, for about a year now. The staff is incredibly friendly every single time. The ladies up front know my order and while they make it we get to catch up. The cook comes out of the back to greet me every time, as well as other regular customers. Great people, and great food every time. I will continue to go back weekly! The staff all deserve a raise and tips!

Very hot inside. I guess the AC was out because they had fans going.
Food was just ok. I asked for queso in my burrito and got maybe a teaspoon.
Workers seemed irritated which I understand due the AC being out.

I have gone here for a while now. I think i am gonna stay away though after a few bad experiences. They are very stingy when it comes to giving out meat and other things.

This branch has the rudest staff. Very impatient, gossips in front of customers. The young lady who I think is a manager with a dyed red hair and two braids to the back is very rude to customers.

Worst experience EVER!! Evidently the GM Wendy has instructed employees to prioritize certain customers over others (straight from the employees mouth and Wendy would be back Monday if anyone wanted to call). Even an HOUR after notification that my order was ready, not only was it not, but quite possibly the rudest employees ever stood behind the line talking trash about the customers that entire hour instead of just making orders and moving along. I’ve never experienced this at any qdoba and it was made clear that it stemmed directly from leadership (or lack there of). Had I not already paid online and not wanted the hassle of a refund, I could’ve gotten my food, gotten back home and eaten before even receiving my order here. Final straw….after waiting an hour and a half, our entire order was actually wrong and so sloppily made that the tortillas were soaked through and broken. This location is an absolute disaster and waste of money and time! There are too many options of restaurants nowadays to be made felt like you’ve burdened employees by spending your money at their establishment!
