Decided to try this location Qdoba, since it looks like a newer building, nice outside and very nice inside. The food made me sick, and the rice wasn’t even cooked properly. The rice was hard, and the meat had the most weird, off flavor ever. I’ve never had a experience like this (bad food) at Qdoba. They also close early at 5pm, which is crazy, but I understand low staffing. But that shouldn’t be an excuse to make the food under cooked or bad.

This is the second time I've come to this location because it's right by my house. The first time I ordered online and chose the curbside option because my toddler was asleep in the car. I had to call numerous times before they even answered the phone, and I could see them inside...there were no customers present.Today was my second time going. I figured I would try again. I ordered ahead and picked a time (well in advance) for the food to be picked up. When I got there, the young lady was still preparing some of my order. They did not have any more apple juice for the kids meal. I discovered this upon checking the bag in my car. I went back inside and asked for it and was told they were out. She did offer me milk, but I didn't want that; that's not what I ordered. And I was the one to mention it. Once I got home I realized that they didn't include the applesauce for the kids meal either. I understand there are "off days", but both times I went there was an issue. I'll just stick to the location closer to my job I guess.

I went to the Loughborough Qdoba at around 8:30pm on Sunday. I ordered the pork burrito at the counter. There were no other customers in the restaurant. The glass between me and the toppings had so much food and gunk on it, that I literally had difficulty seeing which toppings were available for addition to my burrito. The server did put on gloves to handle my food, however his jeans were clearly hanging well below his bright red underwear. Honestly, I was nervous about eating this meal, and I am not likely going back to this location.

I was picking up a order at the Loughborough location and 4-5 staff members were making themselves food to take home! A homeless woman asked them if they had any food to spare to feed a homeless person and the staff replied “We don’t feed the homeless!” I will never purchase from this place again nor do I recommend this place especially when they can’t help out the unfortunate in their own community! Disgusted and disappointed in the people they hire to portray their business

I'm not even sure how to describe what occurred this evening. Deplorable, that's all I have. I walked up to the door and someone sitting at the exit door, smoking a cigarette rudely said "online only!" I said, "sorry, what?" She reiterated "we only doin online orders!" So I said, "so I can't come inside to order? She replied "I mean,youcan order online then go inside.".......what?You're sitting there, smoking a cigarette, turning customers away? Now, I know the world is chaotic and everyone is at their breaking point - myself included working in healthcare the past two years but, what? I'm confused. And I won't be back. You can save your canned response about hoping to do better next time. I drove to your south county mall location after this debacle and they were dark - no lights on. What are you doing, Qdoba?

Second time in a row they weren’t taking orders unless you ordered online or DoorDash. This Qdoba better get its biz in order or it won’t be there much longer as no one will go. I certainly will put it on the no fly list for a while now. Figure it out Qdoba.

ABSOLUTELY NOT. Ordered a huge amount of food and received 3 cheese nachos with no chips. When contacted, I was told I would have to come get the chips myself. Being a teacher, I cannot leave my school premises to retrieve something that should have been included in the first place. The rest of the food was smashed and a complete disaster. No refund offered. Nothing to compensate. This is not how good business is done.

Very interesting and an entertaining staff. Excellent food, prepared to your taste. Only downside was dirty tables. It was a slow time, and no excuse to not be clean.

We needed an early lunch. They opened the store on time and had everything ready for our orders. Food was at the right temperature. We have been there about 3 times the last 2 months and never had any issues.

I tried QDOBA for the first time tonight. The bowl was good, but it was overshadowed by the extra greasy chips that I bought. Is this what y'all normally do?

This place has the worst service! The staff is busy playing to serve customers! They really need to consider new management. This used to be a great run place to eat now not so much

Says they are too low on staff and only can take online orders. They have like 5 people inside but maybe one person working. No food has come out for anyone in a half an hour. Not sure if I will even get food tonight. Glad a tipped so maybe they can have a good time after they get off their long day of doing absolutely nothing other then talk on the phone. ?

The worst service ever! I came in to pick up my online order and some woman says she’s the GM after I asked is my order ready she yelled at me and I smelled Alcohol on her breath and her pupils were extremely big , she was cussing me out screaming! Chipotle never treats customers this way! Not 1 person has gloves , hairnets,or masks on! I will be calling the health department!

Do not go here. Paid 20 bucks for barely any food in my nachos. This ain’t even have any sauce in it. What a waste of money.
