Food is good, but they’re constantly running out of several major items (meats, brown rice etc) if you order later in the day, and really understaffed. Often only 2 employees making the dishes and handling long lines of people.

Visited in August 2024 pick up station left of the counter is validated by employees so people can't just grab it orders were accurate still hot staff is friendly, food was delicious

Came in today they had no food really, scraping from bottom of pan on chicken and cheese. I rather say you’re out than stretch it. Staff seemed unbothered, this my second bad experience that’s why I did the review. If zero stars was an option, I would give them that. I’ll continue to go to the Manchester location because this one is trash.
