Paula at the Clayton road location was super friendly, gave me great portions and was super quick! Best experience I’ve had at qdoba so far! She was running the whole place by herself too!

I've gone here twice and been disappointed at the service and quality of the food. either the ingredients were missing or last time they split my burrito when rolling it and never fixed it.

Food was not as good as I remember. The quesadilla had sparse meat, fixings, etc.

Chose this location over the Hanley location. Clayton Qdoba is cleaner and the food fresh.

As far as the food goes it's good QDoba. You know what you are getting if you've ever been to one. This location has great customer service and was very clean and welcoming. All the employees were helpful and kind.

The counter was dirty. They had no guacamole. This will be the second Qdoba I stop going to because they are dirty, and always don't have something.

I was there last week. Hannah prepared my meal, and it was so well put together. I really enjoyed our conversation.

Started off well Staff was friendly, spoke when I walked in. I ordered 2 bowls and a kids meal. I was given the drink options for the kids meal and I asked if I could get a regular drink. I was told it will be a $4.00 fee for a drink. It’s not an up charge.
I declined. As I’ve never been asked to pay at other Qdoba’s. I understand this may not be the norm. And it was the principal of paying $4.00 for a small drink. Well the drinks are $2.95 and $3.25, unsure of where the $4.00 is from ( perhaps with tax) Please tell me the correct price so I can make my decision. $3.00 is better than $4.00. As the guy was adding topping to the bowl I asked for cilantro, I didn’t think he heard me as he proceeded to grab the top. So I said cilantro again. He then motioned his had to the young lady on his right. ( I’m guessing that was her part of the process). Then he grab some cilantro and threw it in the bowl. Ok!!! Yeah this may be minor. However I am big on customer service.
Ordered this with veggies and picante ranch through the app and didn’t get either
The staff here were fantastic. Welcomed everyone in and worked to get everyone served well. Great management staff and helpful servers all the way through.
