It's a great place to stop and eat the staff is not bad to look at Addison Mall so you're not spending too long in there

Wow, ridiculously overrated and overpriced

The most rude people I've ever met! I had a pick up order and stood by the counter for 10 minutes less than 3 ft away from an employee who refused to look up at me and when I finally broke the silence he still did not even look at me and instead held up a finger and made a sour face. After serving 3 customers in line I decided to get in line for my pick up order thinking I'd misunderstood. The burrito lady then told me I needed to go back to where I was for my pick up order and I let her know I was there and the man refused to look at me or talk to me and she told me "you're fine"
Lol what??
It was a paid for pick up order sitting on a shelf a foot away from this guy. All he had to do was hand it to me but instead he still never made eye contact the entire time I was there. Idk if it was intentionally or he has social deficits but it was SO rude to me!
I've been in customer service my whole life and I have never treated someone like that. You could just say hey sorry it's gonna be a second?

The fact that I'm leaving a review ought to be enough but here goes. Your male manager didn't catch a name is extremely rude and I really should have just left when he started being rude. The reason I'm posting is that I find the fact that he smashed his hand into the salad, yes gloved, but smashed the cheese into the salad where his hand was in the toppings. And yes I know they use thier hands but that's a different handling of the food if I found that they were playing in the ingredients it's the same level of disgusting. After he had his argument about not doing it He told me I should not come back funny I don't intend to. And I actually liked this one.

I just ordered a DoorDash from this place and everything came in half of what I usually get when I go in person. Never order or buy any food from this place. They are scammers.

I drive out of my way to come to this Qdoba . Regina and her team are a well oiled machine and she makes sure of it. Always fresh , always fast and ALWAYS friendly . Regina is hands down the best.

I ordered DoorDash and they gave the driver the wrong order (yes, he should have double checked the order). So I drove up there myself and they gave me the bag with my name on it. I got home and the burrito was wrong and COLD.

Best quesadilla I have had at a Qdoba was at this location. Stuffed full and very yummy! Service was upbeat and friendly. I’ve been to many Qdoba restaurants in the recent years and this one rocks, per my opinion, on this afternoon visit.

If we could give ZERO stars, we would. We ordered on July 10th for pickup today at noon. We arrive at the location to be told that there was no order and no food. We showed the order confirmation to the “manager”, Marky who said he couldn’t help and wouldn’t help. When we questioned what they were going to do to make it right, we were told nothing. The order was NOT canceled or refunded until he went back in the back and then “magically” the refund email came through right before he came back to tell us that everything had been handled. If you want a burrito, sure. If you want to order for a party - forget this place.
