I had a horrible experience. You all have embarrassed me and I left in tears. Does that make you all happy? I had a $100 bill and the lady wouldn’t take it. Instead of going and getting more money, she just refused to let me pay and I had not other way of paying. You all are awful people!!!

I just visited the store with my partner at 8:13 pm. The one caucasian server was extremely rude from the beginning. My partner asked for queso on the side and he put one scoop in. She tried to get rice in her nachos which is something we have done for years and he tells us we can’t add rice to nachos. I told him it’s never been a problem before he said well you can’t now.
I told him forget the order if you don’t want to scoop food for all races maybe don’t apply at Qdoba!!

My 3 daughters went in by themselves to order and came to the car excited. They talked about how the worker was extremely nice to them and patient. As a parent you always want people to treat your children well and she really did!

Ordered doordash, recieved food that was closed/wrapped up so I don’t believe it was messed with. After eating later on in the night I got the worst stomach feeling ever & kept throwing up all night. After I gotten sick my boyfriend who ate his food a little bit after I ate mine got sick & threw up. Sounds like food poisoning to me & was the worst pain. Never going back again. I liked Qudoba but after the experiences I’ve had at 2 different locations I will never go back again.

I’m actually just considering my first trip to Qdoba. But the real turn off now that I’ve looked at the website is this - Why, why do you have to list that it is LGBTQ friendly?!! Are you expecting people to come in and say I am LGBTQ, will you serve me???!! Maybe we should all come in with our preferences about life and ask if we will be served!! I am thoroughly disgusted with you printing this on your website! Can’t we just mind our own business and go about our lives without special treatment??

The DoorDash driver stole our food, we called and the manager and workers were so helpful to get a redelivery. Thanks to the manager and the workers there for being so understanding and not only that, the food was so good it looked like it could have been on an ad, they took care of us and we really appreciated that! Thankyou again!

Well, I've never really left bad reviews, but this time around, I feel I need to. I've worked in the restaurant scene in my life, and I understand the stress and doggedness of this environment. I will say the place was really clean and maintained. My issue comes from the treatment of myself and a few others when, on a nice fall day, we decided to eat outside in the warm weather. After being outside a few minutes, a member from the kitchen came out to smoke in the sun. We were upwind of them and being put off by the smell. I approached him with genuine manners and asked if they could move upwind from us. There was an area they could have gone that was easily reached and still in the nice warm sun. What I got was, "I work here." And a dismissive additude. They moved on after they finished, but still, that's not a good way to handle things. 😕 I understand the stress and the doggedness, but I do know that smoking at the front door is not the designated smoking area, and when a customer uses manners in the way they are meant to, not couched in animus feeling, they are just asking for their experience not to be ruined.

What’s the General Managers info at this store? Absolutely horrid customer service. I for the first time in my life wanted to jump behind the counter. The short lady literally rolled her eyes at me and my children and the scoffed as if I just interrupted her in some way.
