Upon placing my order and me saying i want a bowl but i wanted my lettuce on the bottom the young lady looked down the bar and her attitude immediately kicked in. She says… you asked for a bowl, i said correct and i want my lettuce on the bottom. Every thing i asked for with extra, she was agitated, not only that she had something to say, like you said a little. At one point she had to take off the chicken because i wanted the spicy chicken. Overall this is the worse service i had from any Qdoba. She was so bad that my son was uncomfortable getting the items that he wanted. We came home and he added lettuce and sour cream to his bowl. At the end she asked that i look at the screen to finish my payment. It had tip options… i choice zero tip. Tip for what! I won’t be going back to that one

Amazing every time! It feels like this is the only Qdoba in St. Louis that can get my order, correct, finished quickly, and are always kind!! Today there were 14 people in front of me when I walked in at 12:15pm and I walked out of the door in less than 10 minutes with my food in my hand!! Phenomenal!

I watched Isaiah take care of about five or six different customers very politely, and make absolutely insanely good looking food. This should be the standard for all Qdoba restaurants absolutely outstanding service, and the food was terrific. Isaiah is a big reason why I will be back. please make sure he gets complemented on his great job at work

Qdoba was not a good experience for us last year and because of the expense & poor service l don't expect we will try it again this year. Chipolti does a much better job of this same style of "put it together self choice meal". For sit down or carry out awesome Mexican food, my husband and I highly recommend Potrola in Liberty, mo.

There has been several different evenings when I have came to this location only to be told there system is down or online orders only?
I ordered a soup bowl. The employee added so much stuff it wasn't soup anymore.Parking: Strip mall and drive through for Starbucks goes through it.
